It sits on over half of an acre of open land away from street and is private and quiet with an open lawn. Additional amenities include heat and central AC and an ambient sunshine solar technologies heated pool. There is a large weber grill on the back deck. The location is great as you are a quick bike ride or nice walk or run to town or the beach to relax or get groceries, go shopping, visit the best restaurants, bars, farm stands, gym, and spas year round. If interested in longer-term rental, the house is available year-round and pricing can be discussed.

Great stay!

Great escape from the city. Alex was extremely responsive and house was exactly as pictured. Great location! Would definitely be a repeat customer.

So Hampton

We had a lovely time in this So Hampton home. Great fireplace to keep us warm in April! Location could not have been better. Close to town and the beach. The owners are super nice and very available and patient for any questions that came up during the month
