Old 16th century farmhouse completely renovated, quiet and wide open spaces

Our house is an old farmhouse of the sixteenth century completely renovated while maintaining its timber and stone walls. It allows to spend a delicious stay with family or friends. With its 6 bedrooms and children's dormitory, 6 bathrooms, children's play areas and many outdoor sites to live outside and enjoy the weather, you will appreciate the calm and beauty of the environment.
Ideally located 1h30 from Paris, in the Loiret, 10 km from the A77 motorway, it is at the strategic point between north and south, east and west, at the confluence of the Loire and the Briare canal , on the route of bicycle circuits along the Loire. In the heart of the Puisaye, we take advantage of the Loire and Burgundy nearby with its great wines and wonderful historical heritage.
Enjoy the calm and wide open spaces offered by the property, as well as many activities - fishing, fishing - and a wide variety of tourist visits, from Loire castles to boat trips on the Briare canal. Visit Guédelon, the castle being built, as in the days of castles. Spend an evening at the sound and light show at the Chùteau de Saint Fargeau, which belonged to the family of Jean d'Ormesson. You will be able to take the little ones, to the farm of the castle of Saint Fargeau where they will discover all the animals of the farm and they will be able to take care of it by giving the bottle to the goats, by making bread, while riding in car on horseback. Do not miss visiting the enamels of Briare and the Faience of Gien, but also the castle of Gien and the castle of BussiÚre ... and many others!

Séjour en famille de 13 personnes (12 adultes et 1 ado). La maison est conforme à la description, au calme et trÚs bien équipée. L'équipe d'accueil est trÚs sympatique et sait adapter les horaires d'arrivée/départs en fonction des possibilités. Précisions à apporter : piÚces du haut mansardées ; le dortoir n'est pas une piÚce fermée (convient à des enfants/ado mais pas à couple d'adultes).

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour en famille Ă  l'occasion des fĂȘtes de fin d'annĂ©e au gĂźte. Mme De Blay est rĂ©active et Ă  l'Ă©coute. Quelques bĂ©mols toutefois. Le manque d'entretien global de la maison fait que nous avons rencontrĂ© de petits soucis et subi certains dĂ©sagrĂ©ments (odeurs sanitaires, sĂšche serviette bloquĂ©, robinet cassĂ©...). Nous louons via Abritel depuis plus de 10 ans et d'aprĂšs nous c'est un gĂźte dont le tarif plutĂŽt Ă©levĂ© n'est pas en adĂ©quation avec les prestations proposĂ©es.

Nous avons passĂ© trois jours dans la maison de Anne. La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able, la propriĂ©tĂ© est vraiment belle. Nous avions bien profitĂ©de nos trois jours au coin du feu. Anne et Gabrielle ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs disponible et ont rĂ©pondu Ă  l’ensemble de nos questions, et se sont accommodĂ©es Ă  nos horaires d’arrivĂ©e et de sortie des lieux. Il faudrait cependant prĂ©ciser qu’il est nĂ©cessaire d’avoir un chĂšque de caution. Nous n’en avions pas prĂ©vu, mais avons rĂ©ussi Ă  trouver une solution Ă  notre arrivĂ©e.

ferme charmante et idéale pour des vacances avec des enfants

La semaine a été superbe pour les 3 familles que nous étions : la maison est une maison habitée avec en conséquence tout ce qu'il faut comme matériel (cuisine, barbecue etc) et comme jeux pour enfants (déguisements, livres, jeux, trampoline etc). La maison est jolie et le jardin trÚs grand : on recommande.

Super séjour dans cette ancienne ferme pleine de charme et rénovée !

Le gĂźte et son jardin sont trĂšs jolis et pratique pour passer un bon sĂ©jour entre amis. Juste petit problĂšme de couverture 4G et le wifi n'Ă©tait pas assez puissant pour pouvoir nous connecter Ă  internet et recevoir nos messages. Weekend detox digitale donc ! Emplacement idĂ©al pour dĂ©couvrir les vignes et les fermes autour. Nous avons dĂ©couvert une chevrerie pas loin oĂč nous avons pu passer du temps avec les animaux et parler avec les producteurs de fromage. .

Cet ancien corps de ferme a Ă©tĂ© notre havre de bonheur le temps d’un week-end.
