You are welcomed to check-in & check-out any day of the week so that you avoid the usual Saturday traffic jams in France and/or enjoy better airfares. Although we are pretty flexible, we simply ask that you check-in before 8pm.

While our apartment is located on the famous Promenade du Soleil & its also famous Turquoise sea, a block away from the old town of Menton with its numerous ice cream shops, restaurants, bars & stores, you will deeply appreciate how quiet it is when you are home. You’ll enjoy peaceful and restful moments thanks to the new noise-proof windows…

The building is a former 'Belle Epoque' luxury hotel and has a nice courtyard & garden with exotic flowers to welcome you. It is facing the Turquoise waters of the ‘Fossan’ beach and its palm trees. The original end-of-the-19th century birdcage elevator is one the amazing trace of that period…

Recently renovated, our apt is situated on the1st floor (UK way of ccounting floors but 2nd floor if you count floors the US way). It is a1 bd-apartment that nicely combines past splendor designs such as molded high ceilings and huge windows with practicalities of modern amenities.

You will love the spacious, fully & newly equipped kitchen where you can either let your imagination guide you to prepare Mediterranean cuisine from scratch or just bluff your family with dish that you have just bought at the close-by Vieux Marché (the Old traditional Market dated 1885)…

While the sofa of the living room can be easily transformed into a comfortable bed (either a single or a double) for your guest or family members, a comfortable Queen Size bed with prime mattress awaits you for a restful night in the bedroom.

Sheets, tea towels, shower towels and beach towels are included in the rental. A laundry fee will be requested upon arrival to prevent you from paying taxes on this amount. 2026 PRICE: €130 (cash only)

Should you not like to sleep with windows opened, the silent air conditioning will provide you with the necessary relief from hot summer nights of the Côte d'Azur...

Wake up in the morning and stroll to the Old Market, which is merely a two-minutes walk away… As you will soon realize, this fantastic market as lots to offer: from wines to meat & fish, cheese & patés, you will find all the traditional goodies from Provence, the Riviera & nearby Italy (Tapenade, flavored olives, spices, flowers, locally grown fruits & vegetables…) and Bien sur the typical French baguettes, croissants and pains au chocolat! Bon appétit!

Enjoy some quiet time on the balcony while taking your French breakast or, in the evening, while sipping a glass of wine ...

Visit the old town with its narrow colorful streets, plazas, the St Michel Basilica, enjoy the International Music Festival (in the Summer) and excellent restaurants.

As you will soon realize, everything is walking distance from the apartement and cars are not necessary but for renters who wish to have a car, a parking spot is available (free but upon reservation only: simply send us a message when you book).

For hike lovers, Menton is a fantastic base for visits: from its old town to nearby mountain villages, from neighboring Roquebrune Medieval’s cassel & its famous 1,000-yr-old olive tree to internationally renowned Monaco, there are lots to walk to in this truly unique beautiful region!

You will probably become smitten with Menton,The ‘Pearl of the French Riviera’ , its 300 sunny days a year, its Turquoise Seawater, its numerous botanical gardens & their rare species, but also with the brand new Botanical Promenade des Sablettes (Sablettes beach).
