Apartment 45 m2, sleeps 6 on the ground floor overlooking the sea in a residence of the 80s very quiet.
It is located near the Corniche district, close to all shops and especially close to the beach.
The apartment has a small bedroom with a bunk bed, a bedroom with a bed 160X200 overlooking the terrace with sea views and another with a bed 140X190.
The living space (living room, dining room, kitchen) overlooks the other part of the terrace with the sea view.
You will find all the necessary comfort for your stay with a very equipped kitchen, a nice bathroom and a very pleasant terrace.
The big highlight of the accommodation is its location (20 meters from the beach and 3 minutes walk from shops).

Appartement très bien équipé et agréable

Arrivée un peu galère car problème de communication entre le propriétaire et la dame qui gère l’appartement sur place. Par contre le propriétaire était disponible et a fait ce qu’il fallait pour régler le problème. Bien penser à le contacter si pas d’informations quelques jours avant. L’appartement est agréable et très bien équipé. Il est bien situé avec des commerces pas très loin, la plage est agréable et prope.

Appartement très agréable , très bien équipé (literie au top ,ce qui est rare dans les locations)et idéalement situé.Tout est prévu pour passer un agréable séjour.Quand à la terrasse et à la vue... encore mieux que sur les photos !!!Contact et accueil très agréable, je recommande les yeux fermés et j y reviendrai très certainement.

très bon long week end en mai

nous avons passé un séjour du mardi soir au dimanche matin, l'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée, les échanges avec la personne qui gère arrivées et sorties étaient très faciles et plaisants, les indications données très précises. nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'emplacement en face de la mer est géniale pour qui aime la plage ! nous recommandons le restaurant celavie qui sert des plats succulents, frais, à des prix raisonnables! la terrasse de la location est appréciable pour manger dehors et la location est suffisamment bien équipée ! c'était parfait !

Agréablement surpris par ce logement. Bien agencé, moderne, bonne literie, grande salle de bain, emplacement idéal pour se.promener et profiter des plages. La double terrasse donne une.belle vue sur la.mer. On reviendra sûrement !!!

belle surprise, séjour à refaire

dés notre entré dans l'appartement nos sommes tombé sous le charme. la vue est magnifique. l'appartement est joliment rénové et très agréable à vivre. cuisinant beaucoup j'ai eu la bonne surprise de tombé sur une cuisine très bien équipée avec des poêles et des casseroles digne de ce noms. nous avons pu cuisiné de très bon petit plat pour notre jour de l'an. bref merci pour cette location. nous allons pas tarder à relouer sous une autre saison pour mieux apprécier la vue et le quartier. la proximité de la plage est très agréable ! 2mn de marche et hop dans l'eau.

Logement très agréable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et avons été très bien accueillis. Le logement est bien agencé et très bien équipé. C'est lumineux et la vue est belle. La résidence est bien placée, en bord de mer avec des commerces à 5 minutes à pied. Le centre-ville est facilement accessible (bus, piste cyclable, promenade).

Schönes Apartment in top Lage direkt am Strand

Sehr sauberes gepflegtes Apartment in schöner ruhiger Wohnanlage und perfekter Lage zum Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zudem Schöner Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer. Das Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Bon séjour dans son ensemble

L'appartement est très bien agencé, même si en l'occurrence il est dépourvu de WIFI et de climatisation. Pour notre séjour, cette dernière n'aurait pas été un luxe. Les deux petites chambres donnant sur le parking du bâtiment, ne sont munies que de petites ouvertures ce qui peut être oppressant. Le défaut majeur du logement et la proximité immédiate des voisins situés juste à côté et au dessus de la terrasse. Les odeurs de fumées des voisins immédiats et les morceaux de pain qui tombent des étages sont fréquents. Hormis ces quelques points négatifs, l'appartement est tout à fait correct avec une très jolie vue sur la mer. Nous le recommandons sans problème à toutes personnes qui ne sont pas gênées par la promiscuité. Pour terminer, précisons que deux places de parking (3 et 4) faisaient partie de la location mais que l'une des deux a été squattée durant tout notre séjour par une tierce personne. Vu que nous n'avions qu'un seul véhicule, ce n'était pas gênant, mais cela aurait pu l'être si nous étions arrivés avec deux voitures.

Très bel appartement fonctionnel à la décoration moderne dans une résidence bien entretenue.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Il est bien conçu et très propre. Rien ne manque à part un lave linge qui serait un petit plus. La résidence est bien située tout près de la mer, de la corniche et proche des commerces. A recommander.

Appartement in Top Lage und sehr schön und neu renoviert! Für 6 Leute ist es unseres Erachtens etwas zu klein. Es sind aber 6 Schlafplätze vorhanden. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter. Die Verwalterin ( Madame Marcenac) war sehr hilfsbereit! Kein WLAN...kann aber auch sehr enstpannen;-) Wir kommen gerne zu viert wieder!
