This charming yet chic 3rd floor, 1-bedroom, 1.5 bath unit offers the perfect setting for a romantic weekend getaway or a fun week with the family! The sliding glass doors open to your covered terrace, where you can sip your morning coffee while watching dolphins frolic and play. The views are even more spectacular from the 15th floor, giving you a bird’s eye view of the turquoise emerald waters and sugar white quartz sands of the Gulf Coast!

The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances including a side by side fridge with ice dispenser, plus all the cookware, dishware, utensils and small appliances needed to prepare a culinary masterpiece. Eat breakfast at the bar right off the kitchen and enjoy your supper while watching the sky change from tranquil blue to fiery pink from your gorgeous wooden dining room table with enough room to seat 6!

The bedroom was designed with your comfort in mind, boasting a quality king mattress set and premium linens, and an ensuite bath. There is also an extra half bath for guests, and a murphy bed for additional sleeping arrangements, accommodating up to 4 throughout! This unit offers high speed wifi, high thread count linens and fluffy 100% cotton oversize bath towel sets throughout as well!

The room was perfect for just the two of us. The kitchen is tiny and the TVs were smarter than us. We didn’t figure them out the entire week. Location is awesome.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at PS 304. This is a great location for beach and pool. We loved being able to eat our meals in the balcony and watch the ocean - we saw dolphins several mornings.

Nice condo for a couple

Nice unit, nicely decorated, and the bed was comfy. The full bathroom was a little on the small side, but it served its purpose. The property was super nice and clean and the pool was awesome!

Excellent stay

Our condo was clean, the bed was very comfortable and had all the immenities that we needed. The only drawback was that there was not a fan in the room and the condo was directly above the pool. Other than that we had a great time.

Enjoyable stay

We had everything we needed. The apartment is for two adults and a couple of children. Main bathroom is small but it serve the purpose.the view was wonderful and the service personnel were wonderfully. They help us to have an enjoyable day with our family that was on vacation with us. I would stay again but a larger apartment if I had more then 2 kids. Place was clean.

Super clean! Staff was all really helpful and friendly. My only surprise was that the shower toilet area was extremely small. Would be really uncomfortable for a larger person. But we will for sure book again. Loved it!

Timing was key

Nothing special about Perdido Sun: it was adequate. Enjoyed Perdido Key. Nice beach, great weather, lots of restaurant options. We got lucky with timing in late August. Before Labor Day, but after most schools had opened. We never had to wait for a table and traffic was not oppressive. Relaxing vacation for all of us. My personal favorite on the gulf coast.

Beach vacation

Floors were dirty, found roach bug wings on dishes in cabinets. Most silverware needed washing before use. Not enough restaurants in area. Kitchen was very tiny, cabinet drawer was cut to fit the stove in place.

Family beach vacation

This was our first family vacation with just the four of us. Overall, we had a wonderful time making memories. I will say that I was a little disappointed as the pictures that we viewed online did not meet my expectations. I do feel that the maintenance of the condo itself could have been little more kept up ( minor cosmetic issued). I was also disappointed that there was not a washer /dryer in the condo itself.

Best times & worst timing! Had this beautiful condo & beach chairs booked for two weeks. In the middle of having a wonderful time, Hurricane Francine was going towards our home in La. We decided it best, to go home & secure our property & be Generator ready. Left Early, Tuesday Morn., & weren’t able to get back before Saturday. Missed our last four days of fun. So Sad…Hope to be back next year. Thanks for sharing your Beautiful Condo & we Love “The Perdido Sun & Area Surrounding”!

Beautiful Condo

Overall, my family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The beach was easy and quick to access and wasn't too crowded. The view of the beach from our balcony was beautiful as well. The murphy bed in the living room was very convenient for my 10 and 7 year old boys. There was no comforter on the murphy bed or the master bed (which I am assuming was due to COVID precautions), but as far as I know, I wasn't made aware of this before our stay. There were no extra blankets that I could find, so we all got pretty cold at night, but it wasn't too bad. The place was clean, but not quite up to my standards - particularly the shower. As far as the location, I would most likely not stay in Perdido Key for our next vacation. A lot of what we wanted to do was in Orange Beach, which was only a 20 minute drive, but I thought there would be more to do and more restaurant options in Perdido Key. The condo was stocked with the basics, as mentioned in the description, so we came prepared with extra toilet paper, trash bags, and dishwasher soap. The communal washers and dryers were easy to access and there was always one available when I needed it. I would recommend bringing lots of quarters because it was 2$ per load to wash and to dry. Despite the very few minor inconveniences, I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay outside of the busier cities. It was perfect for our younger sons, but we would probably need something larger for older kids. Again, we really enjoyed our vacation, the perdido sun complex, and our condo.

Lovely stay

Overall a great place to stay. Housekeeping could pay a little more attention to detail. Although nothing major we had a few inconviences with the bathroom faucets. Lightning around pool at night was way too dim. Every employee we encountered was very nice and very helpful.

Nice room, great view

Dolphins swam on the beach front several mornings, one swam 20 feet from my son. Indoor pool was closed the whole time, drove to gulf shores and orange beach most nights for supper. There is not a washer and dryer in the condo, there is one on the main floor.

The property is dated, but reasonably clean. Be aware during the reconstruction for Sally that there is ongoing construction noise all day.

First visit

This was our first visit to the Gulf Shores area and, coincidentally, was our honeymoon. We thoroughly enjoyed the week and found the condo pretty much as advertised. We liked the location but next time we will stay in Orange Beach due to more dining and shopping choices. The condo was clean and exactly as pictured and described except as noted: cabinetry was shoddy with many having plastic covering that was peeling. Bathroom doors needed a fresh coat of paint and some door hinges were rusty and need replacing. The coffee pot lid was broken and needs to be replaced. We had no key to the storage closet so we had to deal with suitcases in a small bedroom. The edges of the closet doors were coated in some places with some sticky substance that made opening and closing uncomfortable. All in all our stay in the condo at Perdido Sun was relaxing and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!
