AMAZING PENTHOUSE SEA VIEW 110m2-5mns beach & close all shops on foot

1000 thanks to Nancy & Bob for trusting us with their 40th wedding anniversary (1-month stay). As my partner "CAMY" and I have been doing for the past 7.5 years, we take care of our guests before, during, and after their stay. We are available without being intrusive. We respond to all requests to ensure an unforgettable stay, like Nancy & Bob's. My wife and I want our guests to feel at home, and we give our very best. Of course, some guests are dishonest and malicious. However, this doesn't affect us. We take constructive criticism to our advantage and strive to improve our family apartment.

A thousand thanks for trusting us with your stay. We do our best for our guests from the beginning to the end of their stay. The reviews for the past 7.5 years reflect our commitment and investment.

First of all, I want to respond to these two very elderly ladies that their behavior is UNACCEPTABLE, and I will summarize in a few lines: 1/ They booked for June 12, 2025. I sent 7 messages (NO RESPONSE) then I contacted the website, which contacted them by phone and messages (no response). NO RESPECT. 2/ The address is absolutely correct; I have never had any problems. Just read the messages I sent and the address on the website. 3/ MIRACLE, on the day of their arrival, Sunday, my partner only has one day off work, Sunday. And I had to call her in on a Sunday evening at 8:00 PM to help them. She waited for over an hour in front of the condominium, to be polite And I didn't charge any extra for their check-in. 4/ No thank you, and very very RUDE, with my partner 5/ The next day, she contacted me again to say she couldn't remove the key from the front door (first time we'd done it). I called my partner again, on Monday at 8:30 PM. Within a 2 second, of course, she removed the key from the lock. And I had to pay the call-out fee, which I didn't charge. 6/ The following day, unfortunately, STORM CLAUDIA hit the region hard, and I suffered damage. It rained throughout their entire stay. 7/ The problem with the ants, which came in through the sink, is solved. Unfortunately, this can happen. I'm sorry. 8/ They pulled on the shower head, which came loose; all they had to do was put it back on, just like the front door key. 9/ "Old" is a joke. This may not be to your taste, but not "OLD" but it's by no means outdated. I invite you to look at the previous comments from the last 7 years. 10/ I have always been responsive with them, as with all my guests. 11/ My rating before this one was 9.5/10 for the last 7 years. Just look at the previous comments—they are very, very complimentary. Every year, my wife and I come for a month to maintain our family apartment. 12/ I had a leak expert from my insurance company come after Storm Claudia, and there was nothing wrong. Finally, it's unacceptable to be dishonest and especially rude. We always give our best and are very attentive to comments to improve Thank you, Camy & Pascal

To respond to the comment, I am very SURPRISED and I contacted customer service, because it is not normal for me to LIE like this. these 2 young couples over 60 years old and their dog are having a lot of difficulty managing a trip: they did not pay the entire rental according to the terms, I had to follow up several times. All the information concerning my condominium is on the site (for 8 years with a rating of 9.2/10) but I still sent all the information that was requested of me. I exceptionally asked my partner to check in on a Sunday (they were supposed to arrive around 4 p.m. and they arrived at 8 p.m.) I sent several messages, WITHOUT RESPONSES Check in at 8 p.m. went well and there were no screaming children or anything else. she said she left less than an hour after check in, so why 4 days later, my cleaning team cleaned the apartment, changed the sheets.....not to mention the dog hair In addition, how to find a rental on a SUNDAY EVENING for 4 people and a DOG 1.00 hours after check in, i.e. around 9.00 p.m. my family "penthouse" apartment is in an authentic Portuguese condominium, to be as close as possible to Portuguese culture to have a change of scenery and immersion in the Country Despite all these inconsistencies from Madame PAULA I wish her take care & all the best for the future

To do this, we always put ourselves in the place of our guests, as if it were us who came to the PENTHOUSE. All my guests are VIPs, and enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace facing the ocean is a magical moment. Especially in the background, the sound of the waves. the condominium is an authentic Portuguese building and I don't want a modern, soulless and sanitized condominium I want my hosts to be immersed with the Portuguese people the accommodation is close to everything and on foot (supermarket, beaches, restaurants, bar, banks, pharmacy......) while being quiet and in the center the apartment has everything for an ideal vacation and very very well equipped JUST to put down your bags and enjoy your stay

Madam , Thank you for posting a review regarding your stay. Except that you are a BEAUTIFUL LIAR, LIAR.... It's UNACCEPTABLE to behave like this. I'm going to prove to you by going to the essentials of being so IGNOBLE and especially bad times. here we go: here is the last message of this lady before leaving 0/ Thank you for everything, yes the weather has been wonderful. We met Camy this week and let her know we would be leaving later tomorrow afternoon( normally check out : 10.00am). I told him I would send a message. you have a superb rental and we had an excellent stay with an extraordinary terrace facing the ocean and sheltered from the wind Thanks again Portugal is breathtaking. Bruce and Alena 1/ you have booked 1 adult and 1 child you get to 2 adults 2 / when booking, everything is well stipulated on the site and the announcement (please read the comments) have been a PREMIUM HOST for 5 years and on known sites such as rb.... 4.87/5 super host and boo king 8.3/10 moreover, I close 15 days a year to refresh and change linen .... of the apartment, I closed the rental just before you works: rolling shutters everywhere, 100l hot water tank, painting in the bedrooms and special bathroom painting......... 3/ when you travel, it's to see something else People like you have unrealistic expectations. because they want the same thing as at home, so stay at home 4/ your request to know if the tv is in 4k, if there are channels in English, on which side the sun rises or sets, if the restaurants make good burgers, if there are fish knives, if there will be good weather, if the water in the shower is hot enough, etc............ are matters unsuitable for a holiday 5 / it is well marked an authentic condominium, to be closer to the Portuguese, otherwise rented a condo in maine, in a closed residence (in prison) as can be found in certain places in the USA I'm looking for authenticity, it's marked in the ad 6/ for your arrival, it must have been on Saturday but you have decided to come on Sunday My partner's ONLY day off, to be with family (sorry if she has a family life) I paid a person on Sunday, for you to be pleasant in order to welcome you, the check in went very well THEN WHY LIE, once again moreover, everything works, main entrance code and key safe code 7/as stipulated in the announcement, we are in the heart of the village and especially the penthouse (please check what penthouse means, because apparently you don't know and above all you don't know how to read the dimensions are marked on the announcement of the site) top floor with 2 lifts 8/ for blankets, not only if you need them there are duvets in the cupboards but above all I have reversible air conditioning for 100m2, so no problem putting on the heating 9/ you say ugly blankets it's your opinion and your tastes, I'm not saying that you're ugly on the other hand you are DISRESPECTFUL AND ESPECIALLY A LIE I helped you because you lack money to pay your rental by contacting customer service !!!!!!!!!! 10 / who said that there was a parking lot assigned to my apartment, of course you MUST take the time to read the ad FREE parking in front of the condo fortunately there are sorting bins this allows you to respect, which is not your case I'm going to stop there, because I still have a lot to say about these DISHONEST people It's horrible to be like this however, I wish you good health
