Three-room apartment Hyper Center ARCACHON - Ville d'Eté
Apartment T3 of 60 m² ideally located in hyper downtown Arcachon near shops, bike paths and the beach. Located 100 m from Place des Marquises (daily market in season), 150 m from the beach and 400 m from the TGV station.
New and secure residence. Very calm
Living room with fully equipped kitchen: Oven, Induction hob, Dishwasher, Microwave, Nespresso coffee machine
Sofa, coffee table, TV Flat screen. No WiFi.
Ch with 140 bed + cupboard + Ch with 2 pull-out beds 90x200 (which can be joined) + cupboard.
2 shower rooms with shower and sink, washing machine. Separate toilet
All rooms have an opening onto a 16 m² terrace facing west with aluminum garden furniture for dining outside
Our pets are not accepted. Non-smoking apartment.
Individual parking space in the basement (maximum vehicle length 5 m)
Baby equipment on request (high chair, travel cot, changing mat, bath seat).
End of stay cleaning: € 50.
