Very nice ground floor apartment in a typical house with arcachonnaise ideal.
A large raised flower garden and independent, protected, closed and without screws screw close, equipped with garden furniture, wooden deck and a ping-pong table and BBQ.
The house is large, spacious, tastefully renovated. (New bedding)
It is clear, sunny and functional.
Very pleasant to live with a new and modern equipment with Box TV and Wifi for direct access.
You ètes located in the historic heart of the winter town near the famous villas; Alexandre Dumas '' Daisy '' Brémontier .'...
Tourism sector, very quiet, near the Moorish Park (boardwalk and attractions for young children) and downtown (New summer quarter, market everyday, shops, restaurants and cinemas), access to different beaches. everything on foot. A must see.

Localisation idéale

La maison est idéalement localisée dans la ville d’hiver, tout se fait à pieds! Le jardin est vraiment très agréable. Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute et discrets. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Appartement agréable dans un quartier très joli

Appartement simple à l’intérieur, mais Il y a tout ce qu’il faut (tel que décrit). Terrasse et jardin magnifique, très belle maison, quartier superb. Facile pour joindre le centre ville, plein de restaurants, 10 minutes à pied seulement. Bien situé pour visiter les alentours d’Arcachons (facile pour se garer en rentrant). Contact agréable et facile avec les propriétaires.

Super séjour.

Logement fidèle à l'annonce. Situé dans un quartier magnifique d'Arcachon. Entouré de villas qui font rêver. Pour qui aime la vieille pierre, et les jardins agréables. Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute et disposés, discrets quand ils sont là. Je l'ai déjà recommandé.

Schöner Garten - Gute Lage

Der Garten ist sehr schön und auch die Gartenmöbel sind neu und gut (toller Tischtennistisch). Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr alt und spärlich. Auch mit der Sauberkeit bei der Anreise waren wir nur begrenzt zufrieden. Dafür ist die Lage toll. In nur wenigen Minuten ist man im Stadtkern oder am Meer und es war sehr ruhig. Wir haben Velos gemietet und brauchten das Auto kaum.

Des vacances dépaysantes et au calme grâce à cet appartement fonctionnel et très agréable situé au cœur d'un quartier merveilleux entouré de belles villas qui racontent une histoire. Idéalement situé qui permet de laisser la voiture et de se promener à pied pour visiter le bassin ou en vélo pour les alentours avec des belles pistes cyclables (dune du pyla- Cap-Ferret en prenant la navette- quartier de l'aiguillon.....) N'hésitez pas.....il faut y aller

Des vacances réussies !

Nous avons passé des vacances parfaites la villa Bougainville ! Nous sommes venus en couple avec enfants, dont un petit de 3 ans. la maison est très fonctionnelle et sympathique. C'est très agréable de faire à manger dans cette cuisine. Nous avons pris nos repas sur la terrasse, le temps s'y prêtait, c'était fantastique. La vue de la villa Bacon, la villa d'en face, bordée de pins sur un ciel bleu immaculé a fait de mes petits déjeuner des moments de pur bonheur. Nous sommes allés à la plage tous les jours, en passant par le belvédère et le parc Mauresque, une très belle promenade. Un grand merci aux propriétaires qui nous ont très gentiment accueillis et qui nous ont beaucoup aidés.

Séjour reposant dans un lieu de charme

Maison mélangeant savamment le charme d'antan et le confort nécessaire pour des vacances familiales et reposantes. Jardin impeccable ou dès que le soleil perce, il fait bon paresser sur l'un des transats. Le quartier est chargé d'histoires et de belles demeures et le centre ville, comme la plage accessible en 5 mn a pied. Cuisine typique des grandes villas familiales arcachonaises bien équipée et lumineuse.... Une belle adresse.

Dans la Ville d'Hiver d'Arcachon

Location très agréable, de standing, très bien située et confortable. Beaucoup de calme et de charme, à proximité des plages et des commerces. Très beau jardin, bien exposé.
