Very nice ground floor apartment in a typical house with arcachonnaise ideal.
A large raised flower garden and independent, protected, closed and without screws screw close, equipped with garden furniture, wooden deck and a ping-pong table and BBQ.
The house is large, spacious, tastefully renovated. (New bedding)
It is clear, sunny and functional.
Very pleasant to live with a new and modern equipment with Box TV and Wifi for direct access.
You ètes located in the historic heart of the winter town near the famous villas; Alexandre Dumas '' Daisy '' Brémontier .'...
Tourism sector, very quiet, near the Moorish Park (boardwalk and attractions for young children) and downtown (New summer quarter, market everyday, shops, restaurants and cinemas), access to different beaches. everything on foot. A must see.
