The apartment is located near the city center and all amenities Tobacco / Bakery / Restaurant, renovated nine, quiet area 5 minutes from the market and close to all shops. Bus stop at 50 m, 15 minutes from beaches (Gruissan, Narbonne Beach, St Pierre), 1 hour from Spain, 40 minutes from the city of Carcassonne and 20 minutes from Beziers.
Dogs are not allowed.
Evening / parties not allowed in the apartment.

charmant petit studio
communication facile avec le propriétaire par appel ou sms. petit studio sympa et propre proche des petits magasins du quartier (boulangerie, supermarché, tabac...). Le garage et la clim sont un très grand atout surtout par cette période de canicule. Nous sommes très satisfaits et le recommandons
