The originality of the house is that it is both surrounded by greenery while being in the heart of the city of Cucq where you will find all the necessary shops, hairdressing, post office, bakery, butcher, intermarket ...

It is located 7 mins from Le Touquet where you will find all the necessary infrastructure for the weekend or the holidays .. cultural activities, shopping .... Sporty, you will be delighted by sand yachting, golf, tennis, paddle ...

Stella beach is 3 mins by car

The house is not overlooked. If you are lucky, you will see deer at breakfast or dinner. The garden is closed and planted which makes it pleasant for young children who wish to run without danger. A trampoline is available with safety nets (except winter months)

The ground floor is full foot on the garden (1 bedroom, bathroom, tv room, living room, dining room and kitchen)
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and a bathroom

2.5 hours from Paris by car or train, Etaples station.
15 mins from the station

Belle maison - calme et commerces à proximité

Une belle maison, bien entretenue. Le jardin sans vis-à-vis est très appréciable ainsi que les commerces (intermarché) à proximité. La plage de Stella est seulement à quelques minutes en voiture. Christophe et Stéphanie sont très agréables et conciliants. Merci !

Mooie woning, veel rust

Mooie comfortabele woning. Dichtbij strand en het gezellige Touquet, maar mooi gelegen in prachtige, rustige en groene omgeving. Gantastisch is de vrote groene ruimte rond het huis.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es lud zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, nicht nur bei schönen Wetter. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.
