ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Villa Oura Beach has a beautiful Mediterranean influenced architecture, it is very spacious and comfortable and It is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge (living - dining room).
This amazing villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, american kitchen and a very spacious lounge with dining and living area with seating for 12 people .

This beautiful and spacious detached one storey villa it is set in a private gated mature garden. It is a top quality holiday accommodation where comfortably sleeps up to 12 people in two en-suite bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed each, two bedrooms with two twin beds each, and one bedroom with two beds that although it may be used by two adults was specially designed for children.

Villa Oura Beach was tastefully decorated with lovely unique details, finished and furnished to a high standard, well equipped with everything our guests may need, starting from a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, blender, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, iron, iron board, pans, chopping boards, etc, (It is as well, exceptionally well equipped with crockery/ cutlery for luxury eating/drinking in and around the terrace/pool area), and a flat screen digital satellite TV, radio, DVD player, free Internet wi-fi and safe.
In the lovely well kept gardens, beautifully landscape with lots of mature trees you can spend hours relaxing by the great pool, reading a book, swimming, sunbathing or enjoying al fresco dining at the BBQ area.

ABOUT VILLA OURA BEACH HISTORY:
It was a long time ago that we start looking for a villa near Oura Beach and the Strip. Until now, none simultaneously corresponded to our quality standards, and had the ideal location near the beach and the main amenities, providing at the same time a quite rest to our guests.
We are delighted to have found Villa Oura Beach, it was love at first sight, it has everything we were looking for. It is with great pride that we have just placed this amazing villa for holiday rental and you couldn't ask for a lovelier holiday home in such a great location in the heart of The Strip.

ABOUT THE LOCATION:
At a easy walking distance from the beach and at a few meters from the Strip, providing great night-life, popular restaurants, bars and nightclubs, the villa has a ideal location.
Car is not necessary, you do not have to worry about additional taxi cost

ABOUT THE AREA:
Villa Oura Beach it is situated in the heart of the Oura area, at a short walk from the beach and 200 meters The Strip.
The key attraction of the area is ´´The Strip``, where you will find loads of shops, cafés, pubs, entertainment and restaurants. In the evenings, the Strip come alive, there is always something going on: live entertainment, music and partygoers, the atmosphere it is vibrant. Away from the main road there are many hidden gems in the winding narrow cobbled streets, awash with cafes, restaurants, market stalls and little shops selling local crafts and gifts. The all area is nice, clean and safe.
The area also offers the best and most diverse tourist products: quality accommodation, golf courses, theme parks, dream beaches, nature, nightlife, culture and cuisine.

The villa has a very good location and is extremely nice, a 1minute walk to the strip and 20 minute walk to old town. Ubers in the area are very cheap not that they are needed, Paulo was a great host and gave us lots of recommendations for food and restaurants

The villa was equipped with everything you needed for a good family break. Some English speaking film and sport channels, washing machine, dishwasher. Whilst the pool is not heated it was ok once you were in and we had trouble getting my grandchildren out so that's 10 stars from them.Check was very information particularly the folder that contains info for great local restaurants and beaches. Other than check in and out we had no need to contact the owner as everything was great. For anyone worried about noise from the strip you can only here it outside it's fine once the doors and windows are closed. My whole group enjoyed their stay and had nothing they could fault

What a wonderful property, perfect for our group of friends to enjoy the sights and sounds of Albufeira day and night. Communicating with Paulo was easy, check in was lovely a smooth. The villa was exactly as expected with great amenities and a beautiful swimming pool (needed in the intense afternoon heat). The location couldn’t have been better for us, surround by shops, restaurants and of course the lively Oura Strip. So close to the night action yet you can’t hear it from the property once the night is over. Couldn’t ask for any more! Thank you Paulo!

Perfect villa - great location and super clean!

We recently stayed here for a hen do and the location was perfect - 30 second walk from the strip, 2 min walk to the shops, 10 min walk to the beach, and 25 min walk into the old town. Ubers were also very cheap and reliable. The villa itself was perfect - clean, all your kitchen facilities, spacious and the pool/outdoor area was beautiful. Paulo met us at the property, showed us around and explained how to use the house alarm (we were impressed with this and as a group of girls away, made us feel much safer - although the area itself is safe anyway). Paulo was brilliant at explaining where the local amenities are in the area, along with restaurant recommendations etc. Super helpful!We would definitely recommend, and would stay here again for another group holiday!

Great location and everything we needed

This property is just off the north of the strip. A quiet location just a short walk from the bars and restaurants. It has a great bbq area and comfortable seating for daytime lounging and chilling out. Paulo the host was brilliant. He arranged transfers from the airport and met us, with a welcome shop to take us around the property. He made the initial stay really easy and comfortable. Many thanks Paulo, great host. Highly recommend.

11 of us went for a friends stag do, contact was great with the host for the while process, worked with us on the check in/check out times, tour of the villa and loads of useful information. Pool and outside area where great for what we needed, location was spot on but although close to the strip, we couldnt hear anythihg at night. Would highly recommend

Location and Host Excellent, but villa is in need of some TLC

The location is great, if you want access to the "strip" and "beach" and everything you would need! The Host was amazing, checking us in late after our flight was delayed and sharing lots of info about the villa and where to go and where to eat in the area. He also came and replaced the microwave the day after it broke down. The apartment was a great size for the 5 adults and 5 children in our family and we all had a wonderful stay, However, the villa is in need of a little TLC, some of the sun beds were broken, the pool had tiles that were missing, some of the furniture inside was a little "tired" and the kitchen was equipped with a miss mash of plates, glasses and cutlery etc. I am reluctantly leaving this feedback as the host was superb, but with a little investment on upgrades and repaies this would be a 5star villa.

Spacious Villa

The overall impression was good, however it became apparent that the Villa’s furniture and kitchen utensils, ironing board, fridges were really not in a very good condition and outdated. To be honest Villa needs a bit of tender loving care. This is only criticism of contents of Villa not the Villa itself, which is lovely and so central. Unfortunately the weather was very unkind during our stay and we could not take advantage of the pool and garden which was a pity. Paulo was excellent and very helpful, to conclude you have a beautiful villa in a fantastic location, it just needs an update and a good overall clean. Hope this review helps .

Great Location

We had a fantastic holiday staying at the villa in Oura. The hosts communication was brilliant throughout and they were able to accommodate some flexibility with our check in and check out times which really helped us. The location is brilliant with a good size supermarket 5 minutes walk away and the strip just 30 seconds away. Despite this the villa still felt peaceful and private and we didn’t have any noise from the strip. The old town can be reached in a 30 minute walk which you can take down the beach and we loved doing that at sunset before finding a restaurant. The villa itself does need some upkeep in places but generally you can’t complain given the location and price and plus points all outweighing this. The pool area is great with loads of sun loungers and south facing aspect so you get the sun all day long. Even though we went in October half term our girls were still using the pool regularly although it was a little chilly. We were a group of family with my parents and our kids and it was a great base for our holiday. The hosts were great throughout the booking and holiday process.

Perfect location for friends hol!

8 of us went, all 20/21, host sorted us transfer from the airport which worked out just over £10 each RETURN! Transfer took about 40 mins, driver communicated really well, let us connect to Bluetooth, gave us a little tour guide too! Host met us at the villa, even though it was 11:30pm! explained all the rules, how to work the keys and locks. Location is perfect if you’re looking for a party holiday. 2 minute walk to the supermarket and main strip, if you land in late you can go get a takeaway, they are open til late. The power did cut out when we were all getting ready but we rang the host and helped us get it back on straight away! Beach is about 10 mins away, warning: really steep hill on the walk home!!!!! Air con in all the rooms, but quite cold at night in Portugal anyways! Deffo bring a hoodie, as we spent every night sitting in the outside dining table! Loads of sunbeds for everyone! Lemon tree at the back of the villa, I put lemon juice in my hair everyday! One of the girls got tonsillitis, host gave us directions to closest doctors and pharmacy, which was about 15 min walk away, super easy! We were worried about not getting our breakage deposit back, mainly thinking about dirty towels and bedsheets, but when they say breakage they mean it, and we got it ALL back the day we left !!! So good!! Great place to go with your group of friends! Highly recommend

We waren met 8 jongens op zuipvakantie naar de strip. Dit is echt het beste huis ervoor. Zwembad was daarentegen best groen, contact gezocht met de eigenaar en hij regelde het gelijk. Het was niet opgelost toen we weggingen maar dat heeft natuurlijk tijd nodig. Echt het perfecte huis voor een zuipvakantie met je vrienden
