Fantastic apartment for short weekend break.

Great apartment right on the beach with direct access from the lift! Just back from a lovely short stay. Clean bright apartment, well stocked with plenty for everyone to do... or just relax and watch the sea. Beach and sea felt safe. Even after dark. We were treated to a magical bioluminescent algae blume on both nights after dark. Bright green waves across the bay. It was the stuff of memories to last a life time! Thank you David. You really have a lovely apartment in a fantastic location.

Relaxed in a quaint village

As with all properties there are positives and negatives Positives: 1. David, his wife and his sister, Vanessa are great to deal with, very helpful. 2. Great location on the beach in an elevator building that is close to town, restaurants and the local markets. 3. The condo had a washer and dryer plus a well equipped kitchen with quality appliances. Negatives: 1. The second floor should really be occupied by children. It is serviced by a narrow spiral staircase. The 5' tall ships doors are whimsical but for an adult they are a head knocker and tripping hazard, this is also complicated by a 45 degree ceiling. 2. The air conditioning unit only serves only the master bedroom. 3. Several light fixtures were missing lamps or had burnt out lamps. We enjoyed the area and fell in love with Pornichet but the condo is best suited for families.

Nous avons passé une petite semaine dans ce bel appartement très propre et où il ne manquait rien. Nous avons bénéficié pour cette semaine d’octobre de conditions optimales ciel bleu et soleil, et pleinement profité de la grande terrasse et de la plage avec accès direct au plus grand plaisir de notre petite fille de 18 mois.

Un accueil chaleureux de David lui-même après l'enregistrement. Il nous a donné quelques conseils sur la région. L'appartement offre une vue imprenable et est situé dans un endroit très calme. On n'entend que le bruit de la mer... On peut observer le flux et le reflux de la marée depuis l'appartement. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans son appartement.

L appartement est idealement situe sur la plage St Marguerite a Pornichet. Les levers et couchers de soleil vus de la terrasse sont superbes. L'appartement est clair et bien agence. La communication avec David, le proprietaire est exceptionnel. Ballades a pied et sports nautiques au pied de l immeuble.Courte distance de Pornic, le Croisic etc... et a deux pas de la plage de Mr Hulot a St Marc. Nous recommandons vivement cette superbe location.

Accueil 5 étoiles*(merci pour les gourmandises de bienvenue) soucieux des occupants ( lits faits), échanges prévenants tout au long du séjour. L'appartement est aménagé avec goût, les lits sont confortables, rien ne manque.Que dire de plus sur la vue?Magnifique! Un break de 3 jours ou nous avons eu une belle plage pour nous tout seul et David a même eut la délicatesse de nous commander le soleil! Un merci sincère .

paradis pour les petits et les grands

coin tranquille, appartement qui semble sur l'eau, très confortable pour 6. Les enfants pouvaient aller seuls jouer sur la plage. Parking pour la voiture qui n'a pas bougée de place pendant notre séjour. Belles balades à faire sur les sentiers côtiers. Le propriétaire nous a permis d'arriver plus tôt dans la location et nous pouvions même partir plus tard. On se rend vite compte que nous sommes les bienvenus, une bouteille de bière locale nous attendait, des caramels, il y avait même des peluches qui attendaient sur le lit des enfants. Nous y retournerons sûrement.

Eine wunderbare Lage direkt am Atlantik

Die Lage am Strand ist wunderbar für verschiedene Sinne. Toll sind die Sonnenuntergänge über der Bucht von La Baule, auch der direkte Zugang zum Strand macht Freude und die Krönung ist der Wellenschlag des Atlantiks. Alles das ist so angenehm, dass man gerne das Handy aus der Hand legt und analog genießt. Gerne wieder.

Alles ok und sehr gut ausgestattet. Lage direkt am Strand, Parkplatz vorhanden und Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit. Einzig die Sauberkeit der Küche/Arbeitsplatte und Fußböden bei Anreise ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig.

Madame , vous avez passé un super sejour ! Vos dires :Appartmeent joli ! Propriétaire serviable etc bref un perfect ! Je vous ai laissé plus de temps dans l appartement , guidé pour votre restaurant etc.. Je vous ai demandé par deux fois si tout etait ok. Je pouvais faire repasser la dame de menage si vous trouviez le sol, non a votre gout alors poourquoi il nous manque un etoile si tout etait ok selon vos dires ! ou alors je vois ca comme un manque de respect ou une forme de non savoir vivre . Bonne fin de sejour en visite en france . Pensez à communiquer dans les lieux ou vous irez: vous allez voir, des propriétaires sympa se demenent au quotidien pour qu il ne vous manque rien et que votre sejour soit perfect soit 5 *.
