Enjoy this open and inviting home with many upgraded features. There are 4 en suite Bedrooms, and the other two have a connected Jack and Jill Bathroom that is shared between the two. One of the 6 Bedrooms is a detached Casita with it's own private entrance.
The backyard is large, with a swimming pool that has a gas burning fire place and a fire pit. There is a built in Barbeque and cook area. Has an outdoor pool table that converts to a ping Pong table.
Pets are allowed for an extra fee.

Great location and a beautiful home

My family booked on short notice and we had a great vacation in Indio. Diana worked closely with us to make sure all of our needs were met. The hot tub and pool are amazing and we had a great time. The kitchen is full of all the appliances you need!

Why they chose this property

The Orchards neighborhood is a safe enclave that has a parklike appearance. It is an ideal location, about a mile from the festivals, grocery stores, restaurants and only a couple miles from the big box stores like Costco, Walmart and Home Depot.

What makes this property unique

This property offers plenty of separate gathering areas and loads of privacy. A fully equipped kitchen makes dining at home easy and enjoyable. Home delivery of meals and groceries are also easily accessible, The beautiful sub-tropical landscape creates a peaceful setting for relaxing in the warm desert climate. With the option of 2 extra long Twins, or a King bed in each en-suite bedroom, we hope to accommodate golf and corporate groups, as well as groups of families with ease.

This home has six well-situated bedrooms with no common walls for privacy. Two bedrooms share a bath, but all the others have their own- the home has 5.5 bathrooms. The yard, outdoor kitchen and pool areas have plenty of shade for the desert's sunny days.
