About this property

Comfortable Home in a beautiful part of Dingle Town

Welcome to our Comfyhome listing. We have been hosting guests here for over 10 years and we look forward to hosting you.
Couples, Families and Groups all welcome, a perfect base to explore the Dingle Peninsula.
The house is ideally suituated just over The Milltown Bridge, a short walk along the waterfront to all the restaurants and pubs of Dingle. The Dingle Distillery is only 100 yards away accross the road.
Totally private with Loads of secure parking
Central heating throughout and an oil fired AGA cooker and electric cooker
Super fast broadband up to 500mb/s
There is a convenience store 100 meters away open from 7am till 10.30pm
All mod cons provided to ensure you have a perfect visit
The whole house is yours for your visit.

The house is a traditional detached Irish farmhouse. Renovated to a high standard with holiday and business lettings in mind and all mod cons provided.

Downstairs consists of a large kitchen/dining room with an oil fired AGA range and electric hob and oven. Radio, record player, superfast wifi etc.
Large lounge room with TV, electric fireplace.
Downstairs WC with shower room and wash basin.
Outside laundry room with washing machine, tumbler dryer and wash sink.

Upstairs consists of four bedrooms and a large bathroom.
Three of the bedrooms have double beds and one has a single bed.
The upstairs bathroom has a bath with pumped electric shower and a separate shower with pressure head, WC and wash basin.
All linen and towels etc. are provided.

We want to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible and we can be contacted if you need us at anytime by phone, email or VRBO app.

Guests have exclusive use of the complete house for their entire visit.

Other things to note,
The number of guests at the property is restricted to those who have booked. This is to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for all guests.
The property does not host parties or hen or stag groups etc.

This house is so cute, comfortable and convenient! It's an easy walk to shops, restaurants and activities. The house is very clean, comfortable beds and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive. Loved this place!

Quaint and comfortable. Deirdre was very helpful and responsive. Lovely welcome basket for us and beds were super comfy. Toilets were finicky (didnt always want to flush), but that’s apparently an Ireland thing.

Why they chose this property

Dingle and the Dingle peninsula is a wonderful wild place on Irelands western seaboard. It is the most westerly part of Europe, the nearest land west of Dingle is America.

What makes this property unique

This house is a traditional Irish farmhouse. It was built in an east, west orientation to avail of maxium light and it is side on to the roadway.
