Mobile home with a warm atmosphere located on the top of a hill overlooking a walnut grove.
It consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms:
-a bedroom with a 160 bed with its bathroom and toilet
-two other bedrooms with two 90 beds that can be assembled to obtain a 180 bed in each bedroom
A bathroom and separate toilet are next to these two bedrooms.
A large living room sharing a living / dining room with four seats with radio and an equipped kitchen open onto a terrace with outdoor table and chairs.
3 deckchairs in the shade of the trees will allow you to recharge your batteries in this green setting.
Mobile home available from 1 night with or without breakfast (to choose Ă  la carte the day before) it will offer you an unusual and unforgettable holiday in the heart of the countryside.
The journey to the top of the hill is on foot (about 400 meters on a slope) upon arrival and assistance with the transportation of luggage is offered by the hostess in a van.
Household and bathroom linen are at an additional cost. As well as a cleaning fee of € 30 to be specified with the owner.

Amazing place

This place is idyllic. Nature everywhere. Deer running through, woodpeckers, bats yet all the conveniences. Lovely walk into Eymet. Lovely hosts, so friendly and just leave you to it, which we love, but available when needed. I cannot say a bad word about this place and we will return. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

Un petit sĂ©jour qui nous a permis de faire connaĂźtre cette rĂ©gion Ă  des amis ! Location parfaite, propriĂ©taires tout autant ... L'ensemble a rĂ©pondu parfaitement Ă  nos attentes et nous tenions, unanimement, Ă  vous remercier. Emplacement dans un coin de sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© avec une magnifique vue, sans aucun vis Ă  vis, puisque ce grand mobil-home est le seul ! Pour l'anecdote, nous l'avons re baptisĂ© "le Haut PerchĂ©" ! Peut-ĂȘtre signifier la difficultĂ© d'accĂšs pour des PMR, mais en ayant personnellement , nous avons pu accĂ©der grĂące Ă  un SUV , si bien que nous avons trouvĂ© insolite le petit mode d'accĂšs "randonnĂ©e", certes pas trĂšs longue et la disposition des propriĂ©taires Ă  ĂȘtre trĂšs bienveillants et se soucier du moindre problĂšme ! Sur la belle terrasse, prĂ©voir peut-ĂȘtre aussi une toile protectrice solaire, le soleil "chauffe" un peu trop pour pouvoir profiter pleinement de cet espace et son panorama. Merci encore pour tout le reste qui reste largement majoritaire qualitativement Ă  un prix raisonnable pour cette pĂ©riode du 15 AoĂ»t.
