About this property
Zen atmosphere at the Terres Blanches
This place is specially designed for nature lovers and for all city dwellers who need to disconnect from the urban world. In the heart of the Bergerac vineyards and near the medieval bastides (Issigeac, Beaumont, Monpazier), the house which is located on a hill (an ancient prehistoric site whose rough decoration restores the atmosphere) will give you a very beautiful point of view and a sublime sunset as well as access to all the tourist sites of the region.

Housing
In a family hamlet out of sight, the house is surrounded by vineyards (whose organic wine can be sold directly to the producer), two large cedars from Lebanon and one hectare of land. This rectangle of stone, wood and concrete that embraces the hills of the village at a glance is a true haven of peace with stripped charm. It consists of a single room of 150 m2 with a mezzanine which serves as a dormitory. The interior is designed like a chapel whose nave left unworked constitutes the main room with at the bottom a kitchen part, in the middle a living room part and in the entrance a night part (with two couches) which can be isolated thanks to large curtains. The row of French windows is intended as an optical device which allows to frame the landscape. Access to the mezzanine is via a miller's ladder (which belonged to this farm house). Up there, a Japanese temple welcomes you in this Perigord countryside. Composed of two parts determined by the frame, the dormitory is provided with a real futon which receives the parents on one side and a row of mattresses placed on the ground for the children on the other side.
Ideal for a large family or a stay with friends. Please note, the sucker ladder is not suitable for children under the age of six without parental vigilance.
