Renovated in 2021, it has all modern comforts: WIFI INTERNET

What a very clean and well serviced gite with all essential items in a very nice quiet village with restaurants & shops in walking distance.we enjoyed the area and found good cycling routes. We especially like the canal path ride to Lalinde only 2.7km which had very good restirants. Madam Anne was very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely book this gite again if its available if we come to this area again.Fantastic holiday, John & Helen.

Fijn huis dat van binnen heerlijk koel blijft

Het is een zeer net huis, dat van alle gemaklken voorzien is. Door de bouw, deels in rots, blijft het binnen heerlijk koel. Jammer is dat er relatief weinig te doen is in het dorp zelf. Daardoor moet de auto vaak gepakt worden. Suggestie: in andere vakantiewoningen staat vaakl een welkomst-pakketje, met oa. een flesje wijn, een potje jam, enkele vaatwasblokjes, een extra toiletrol, zodat je de eerste avond niet helemaal met lege handen staat. Wellicht een aardige suggestie?

C est la première fois que nous arrivons a réunir tous nos critères a la fois. Maison parfaitement restaurée, bien équipée. sérénité et parfaite harmonie. Ici il y a toujours quelque chose a faire. visites châteaux grottes jardin, animations, détente. on découvre, on rencontre, on bouge au gré des envies. Une charmante maison cocoon au centre d’un région riche en visites. Accueil sympathique par la maîtresse des lieux (qui a donné de bons plans de visites), literie spacieuse et confortable (sommeil réparateur), tout le confort d’une bonne maison avec une vrai cuisine aménagée, 2 chambres et un patio pour manger dehors et pour les enfants... Splendid, ride bicycle, quiet,eating restaurant, walking. The weather was splendid in this October. We came to ride electric bikes on Perigord small roads. We climbed the Trémolat coast, the roads of Bergerac, Issijac, the long way to Mauzac. Ann, the owner had welcomed , giving good maps, and helping itineraries, restaurants. The week was too short to do anything. The village is out of time, quiet and convenient with its small shops and restaurants nearby. The terrace is peacing to eat outside and to park bicycles . We will come back.

Great stay, lovely house, good tasting between girls

We lived a very pleasant and instructive stay with our friends. We visited prestigious vineyards with their castles. The small villages and typical old country-houses are beautiful. Every day we "visited "a new restaurant The week passed in a flash of lightning. The house is clear, clean, ordered well as we wish. The bedding are good, it is quiet and a good WiFi ... We shall recommend this holiday cottage ideally situated to all.

Nous avons vécu un séjour très agréable et instructif avec nos amis. Nous avons visité des vignobles prestigieux avec leurs châteaux et des petits villages et bastides typiques avec leurs belles églises. Chaque jour un restaurant nouveau, et la semaine est passée en un éclair. La maison est claire, propre, bien ordonnée comme nous souhaitons.La literie est bonne ,c'est calme et le wifi capte. Fantastic house, beautiful area

The house was ideal for our needs, clean and spacious with every facility we could need. The living area was light and airy whilst the garden had lovely shade cover. We were minutes away from the village and footpaths gave us acces to dome lovely walking.

La situation est idéale dans le village Médiéval , à proximité de toutes les boutiques et du centre historique des papeteries - Tous les ingrédients d'un bon séjour sont réunis: La décoration et le confort du logement - un wifi qui fonctionne -des restaurants à proximité, d'un très bon et au rapport qualité prix. La gastronomie est vraiment un atout de la région. - Située dans une petite ruelle à l'écart la maison et son patio sont discrets et intimes. - Il faisait 25/27°degrés durant notre séjour : une température idéale pour l'arrière saison.. La maison est confortable et bien équipée, nous avons bien dormi. - L'hôte est accueillante et souriante.. Nous reviendrons.

De très bonnes vacances

La maison très bien rénovée et a conservé son caractère authentique. Tout le confort "plus-plus" est présent avec tout l'équipement nécessaire à de bonnes vacances en toute quiétude. C'est situé dans un coin rural calme à une courte distance à pied ou en vélo de la petite ville: routes calmes à explorer en vélo, et balades et rivière à proximité. Il y a beaucoup d'endroits intéressants à visiter dans la région: un bon mélange de détente et d'activités. Nous aimons beaucoup cette région tellement nous pensons acheter notre maison secondaire ici ! à recommander de toute façon

Excellent - I look forward to turning(returning) to it! We stayed in this house during a week last september, it was the most restful holidays ! The house and the patio belong to remarkable. The region is so peaceful, but near cities and surrounding villages. Notre premier contact avec notre Hôte Ann, a été très amicale et agréable. Le processus de réservation a été extrêmement efficacement et on nous a fourni des informations suffisantes à l'avance répondant aux questions: à quoi s'attendre ? et comment trouver la propriété ?. En arrivée, on a vraiment été touché par l'accueil très chaleureux. La maison a été transformée avec un sens aigu du détail, du confort et de la qualité. C'est rare et précieux de se sentir attendu et écouté... L'emplacement est extraordinairement paisible, sans être isolé. Beaucoup de commerces et restaurants sont tout proches; Nous recommandons très fortement cette maison.

So, perfect holiday. We went away with our family, However I can see how this would be perfect for children and adults too. There is so confortable room that you can always find a quiet place to sit and read or just look at the vineyards in the distance. Book it and you will see.................
