Three bedroom apartment at Baía da Luz - 5 minutes walk from town and beach.
This beautiful apartment is located on the popular family resort of Baia da Luz, just a 5 minute walk from the beach and town centre of Luz with is many shops, bars and restaurants.
The resort has two lovely heated swimming pools (an adult only and a children's pool with paddling pool). Next to the pools are a snack bar and restaurant, a children play area and tennis courts. Tennis lessons can be arranged.
A Superb, spacious 3 bedroom duplex apartment fitted to a very high specification with a fully fitted large kitchen, large open plan living room with balcony and spacious mezzanine level with bedroom and sofa bed and doors opening onto a private roof terrace. Two bedroom and two bathrooms are located on the first floor and the third bedroom and bathroom is on the mezzanine level. Please note there is an additional charge of €50 per week if the sofa bed is required. Further additional beds can also be supplied for €50 per week. A cot can be provided for €35 per week.
