- Quiet residence, in a green, well maintained and secure setting with caretaker and badge security barrier at the entrance of a large collective car park - no elevator _ collective swimming pool
This air-conditioned studio includes:
- entrance hall with false ceiling storage and cupboard, fully equipped kitchenette (induction hob - fridge - mini oven - microwave - coffee machine ...)
- bathroom-WC with shower, washing machine, hairdryer and storage
- living room with 4 possible beds (foldaway bed and sofa bed) _ flat screen TV
- closed loggia giving private parking and marina side

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement bien conçu. Les + : - accueil des propriétaires, - vrai lit repliable dans une armoire (pas besoin de déplier un canapé comme dans la plupart des locations) - propreté de l'appartement, - proche des commerces (boulangerie, supérette, traiteur) - tranquillité, calme Les - : aucun pour ma part.

Propriétaires très très sympathiques. Logement impeccable à tout niveau, descriptif conforme.

Très agréable séjour. Région magnifique, plage réellement à 400 m ainsi que petits commerces et restaurants. Je recommande fortement et remercie mr et Mme les propriétaires (je ne sais pas si je peux citer leur nom)pour leur gentillesse et leur acceuil chaleureux. 👍👍

très agréable séjour. l'appartement est très bien situé proche de la plage et des commerces. très bien agencé et assez stylé. il manque juste un congelateur, pour conserver les glaces et faire des glacons c'est mons top. tres belle région que l'on ne connaissait pas, nous y retournerons. le propriétaire est au petit soin, nous avons beaucoup apprécié. très bon séjour
