Modern apartment between center and beach
This property fits families or several friends Max. 7 persons. Very good situation but quiet and safe. No car needed, just infront of lovely gulliver park where you can cycle, enjoy sun or just cross it to go for a walk to the city center for shopping .
Infront of the park are many lovely restaurants with terraces and some night life also . The next beach is about 1,5 km and you can reach it by bus or cycling. We have 2 doble bedrooms with bath ensuite, only shower bath! 1 small single bedroom en-suite with master bedroom. Very suitable for longer stays to “test Valenvia living”

Unfortunately, the stay was more than unsatisfactory! There were many things that were not in order or broken. When we told the landlady, she always just said that we were just complaining! It says up front that we will be held liable for any damage. We will keep quiet about the rest so as not to receive any more abuse from the owner. Emails have been saved!

This property is located in the best aerea in Valencia, just to enjoy city life or beaches, as it is surrounded by office buildings it is quiet and safe at night, many small restaurants ti enjoy daily menues for just 9,50€
You do not need a car to get to tourist atractions like the arts&scenic buildings, the oceanografic etc.

What makes this property unique
It is located on a busy street but all windows orientated to a big open patio with trees so you cannot hear the noises from the street. Very sunny untill afternoon. The terrace is enclosed to the living but all front of windows can be opened and onvert part of the living into terrace to sunbath
