Perfect Maine Getaway – Walk to Downtown, Cozy for All - Flexible Cancellation.

Our beach-themed retreat is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from shopping and dining in downtown Kennebunkport. It’s a short 1.5-mile drive to Gooch's, Middle, and Mothers Beach, with a parking pass available for summer stays (June-September). The property is also near Webhannet Golf Course and a 4-minute walk to Hillcrest pitch and putt. Explore the nearby Franciscan Monastery or scenic Bridal Path.

We offer all the comforts of home, including a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a flat-screen TV and gas fireplace, and ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a new en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the third has 3 twin beds. A baby pack and play is available.

The property is set on a landscaped grassy corner lot with a new gas grill, patio furniture, and a large outdoor shower for rinsing the salt and sand off. The yard is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the area. Make sure you cook up some lobsters and steamers the Maine way.

We have stayed here several times for Christmas Prelude with my adult children, their significant others, as well as my mom.
