Ideally located between land and sea, come and relax at the "Clos de la source", old farmhouse on a plot of 4000 m² completely renovated and converted into 2 adjoining gites.
We offer the "Marité" 50² for 4 people.
Located 7 km from the beaches of Carolles / Jullouville, 11 km from Avranches, 15 km from Granville and 34 km from Mont St Michel. On site, you will find a book detailing the many activities for young and old, for athletes and nature lovers.
Concerned about your well-being, the cottage is equipped with all the necessary comfort to spend an unforgettable stay.

This was a wonderful, quiet house in a tiny village with no tourists. It was peaceful and beautiful. I managed to lose the check in instructions, but the owners were very gracious and responsive and sent them to me (again) right away.

Wij verbleven 4 dagen in deze gîte, die brandschoon en mooi uitgevoerd is. De eigenaren leggen alles uit. Zij zijn zowel bij de ontvangst en het vertrek aanwezig. Vanuit de locatie is het niet ver naar het strand.

Tolles geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist unbedingt zu empfehlen! Wir waren zu dritt dort im Urlaub (ich, meine Frau und unser Sohn (13 Jahre alt)). Hinsichtlich der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts!. Alles wird gestellt; Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler etc. Das Haus wurde in 04.2018 fertig renoviert. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Landstraße ca. 2 km von der Ortschaft Sartilly entfernt. Entfernung zum nächsten Supermarkt, in dem es alles zu kaufen gibt, ca. 3 km. Entfernung zu den schönen Sandstränden von Carolle und Julouville ca. 15 km. Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus. Von der Terrasse hat mein einen einmaligen Blick auf den alten Apfelbaumbestand und 4.000 qm Wald und Wiese. Hier kann man in Mitten der Natur die Ruhe genießen und sich erholen. Morgens wird man vor der Haustür von den Rehen begrüßt. Für Aktivitäten und Ausflüge ist das Haus strategisch gut gelegen. Alle interessanten Ausflugsziele sind vor dort aus gut zu erreichen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an das sehr sympathische und freundliche Eigentümerehepaar! Volker Schwarz

geweldig huis op een uitstekende locatie

mooi opgeknapt huis op een prima locatie. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar die er alles aan doet om zijn gasten het naar de zin te maken. alles perfect schoon. heerlijke bedden, schoon beddengoed en handdoeken. prima uitvalsbasis om naar Mont Saint Michel te gaan of Granville. Voor een wat drukker strand naar Carolles op 8 km en een heerlijk rustig strand op 7 km. Een aanrader voor een heerlijke vakantie!
