Eastside/Pool/Walk to Track!!!

Nestled in a historic district on a non through street, this 5 year young 2800 sq foot home is situated on the east side 4 blocks from downtown and less then a mile to the track.
The house offers 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The second floor has a Master suite with a King size bed, sitting area and master bath.
There are two more bedroom upstairs, one with a twin bed and the other with a queen bed. They share a bathroom with tub/shower.
The main floor has a living room, kitchen, half bath and a slider that’s leads to an expansive deck with sitting area with an in ground pool.

The finished basement has a queen bed, bunk with a full bed on the bottom and twin on top and a full bath with tub and shower.

There is off street parking for two cars.
