Renovated Dennis Port cottage

Renovated cottage on a quiet, dead end street available for your Cape Cod vacation. Comfortable living room has vaulted ceiling with a flat-screen TV, DVD, cable and WiFi. Full bathroom with tub in unit. One bedroom has queen bed while other bedroom has twin beds, with an available 3rd trundle bed. TV and cable in all bedrooms. All TVs are smart TVs. Sofa in living room can also sleep one adult. The backyard has grill, patio with table, umbrella & chairs for relaxing or an outdoor barbeque. Take a private hot/cold shower in the sun in the enclosed outdoor shower, or wash the sand off everyone’s feet after the beach. Enjoy a nice bike ride or take advantage of nearby kayaking. Near Sea Street Beach and West Dennis Beach and a short ride to Mayflower Beach. Plenty of nearby activities like inflatable park, go-karts, mini golf, as well as restaurants and ice cream. Sorry, no pets.

This place is absolutely adorable. Spaces enough for 4 ppl. Great out door shower. Huge plus. 1/2 mile to the beach. Great location. Several restaurants near by. Tom was great easy to communicate with. Easy to reach if I had any questions. Overall had a great experience.

Perfect cottage for our cape getaway!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay, the house was clean and comfortable. We love to hop around to different towns and beaches so the central location was perfect, made it easy to go anywhere on the Cape. Would certainly stay here again!

Wonderful week @ Dennis Cottage

Tom & Chris’s cottage was a perfect space for our Cape getaway. We loved the location, ease of accessing Dennis beaches-ocean and bay side. The cottage was exactly as pictured- very clean and comfortable! We especially enjoyed the back yard and deck space. Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect Getaway

This house was perfect for my family of three! It is conveniently located near many restaurants, beaches, and (most importantly) places to get ice cream :) Outdoor shower made it easy to wash off post-beach day. Highly recommend this home!

Perfect Getaway

This house was a perfect solution to a vacation away from home! Close to the beaches and restaurants, very updated and clean, and no issues at all! Tom was easy to access and provided plenty of information. Highly recommend if you'd like to stay away from a hotel and close to the water!

Perfect location for exploring all of the Cape!

My mom is an avid gardener, and she’s always wanted to attend the Cape Cod Hydrangea festival. This cottage was the perfect jumping off point to explore all of the Cape, from Falmouth to Chatham and I’ll points in between. We even took a drive up to Provincetown! This little cottage provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Cozy cottage

The cottage was nicely decorated with a beach theme and had a comfortable living room with nice tv and plenty of channels. The kitchen was nicely stocked with modern amenities. The bedrooms had plenty of space, and our bed was comfortable. The location was easy to access. We enjoyed our week in this cozy cottage!
