45 m² apartment with large terrace located on the 1st floor of a residence close to the beach and the ocean, ideal for a quiet and sunny holiday, 600 meters from the sea lake and 10 minutes from the city center on foot .

The apartment is composed of:
 - A bedroom with double bed,
 - A cabin with single bed,
 - A living room with sofa convertible into a double bed and television,
 - A fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, freezer...
- A bathroom - with washing machine and hairdryer,
 - Separate toilets,
 - A large terrace overlooking a part of the marine lake.

Crockery, towels, sheets and cleaning supplies are provided. Table linen is not provided.

An iron and ironing board are also available.

A free private parking space is reserved for you around the building.

Unlimited wifi access is available.

A bicycle storage room is also available to store your bikes.
