Heart of Lake Harmony! Just off the Lake - walking distance to eateries & bars

Located on a cul-de-sac road, this 3 bedroom, 1 bath house has a living room, a large great room and kitchen that are open concept. There is one queen bed, one full bed, and two twin beds, as well as a cot. The rear wood burning stove is in working order, however, the fireplace in the front living-room is not operable and is for decoration only, as noted on the posted sign. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles in the driveway. From here you're a very short walk to Shenanigans, Hog Heaven Ice Cream (seasonal), Piggies, Terra Nova, Nick's Lake House Restaurants, Lake Harmony Watersport's (seasonal). It's also a short walk down to Lake Harmony to enjoy the view from the dock. Lake Harmony is a private lake and a boat pass must be purchased for access, $500/wk through Lake Harmony Group https://tinyurl.com/LakeHarmonyTenantPermit. Drive around the lake to Split Rock's resort area which has a lakefront beach and bar, mini golf, movie theater, arcade, bowling, water park, playground, and golf course. If it's winter- Big Boulder and Jack Frost Ski/Tube Mountain's are 5-15 minutes away. There is so much more to do and see in the area!! This home has bed space for sleeping 6 people. NO PETS ALLOWED

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The dishwasher door is slightly misaligned; move door to the left to close it.
If you can not fully secure the bear bin lid with the latch, please leave the trash in the ski storage room through side door.
Please vacate the property by 10 am; the cleaning crew has a tight schedule and charge extra if they have to be rescheduled.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please note: the maximum code occupancy is 8, if evidence of additional persons is found, a $500 fee will apply. Absolutely no subletting.
Guests acting disorderly/being disruptive to the neighbors could result in a fine from Twp Officials & termination of the rental agreement-no refunds.
Absolutely NO fireworks allowed. Officials will issue fines starting at $1000 for fireworks. This is your warning!

Summer vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful and location is perfect. Property owner responded to questions quickly and made our stay that much better. Would definitely recommend this lovely lakehouse.

Cozy lake house

The pictures really don't do this place justice. It is a cozy home perfect for the family. Very spaciousness and open. Lots to do in the area. Quiet neighborhood. The deck wraps around the back and overlooks beautiful greenery.

July 2022 Rental

Rented the house for Skirmish ION and everything was great, owner was easy to reach and talk to. Only downside, that I knew going in, was having 1 bathroom. Everyone liked being walking distance to stuff in town.

Great spot

We had a girls weekend at Lake Harmony. Our first time visiting the area and the house is easy to get to and conveniently located to easily walk to the market and local restaurants. The house is large and clean, comfortable beds, nice kitchen. We were also happy to sit on the back deck in the quiet setting. Lovely rental.

Lovely low-key weekend!

My husband and I had been wanting to get back to the Poconos, for some hiking and a much-needed escape from our city surroundings. This adorable house was exactly what we needed! Set on a dead-end street a short walk from the lake, we were able to get to all the hiking spots that we love, and have a relaxing and quiet evening to ourselves. The house is well-equipped for a family, with a selection of board games and DVDs. The back deck is perfect place to have breakfast or just sit outside and listen to the birds. We didn’t have a chance to try the restaurants in the community, but there’s always next time!

Cozy Pocono Retreat

Cozy weekend getaway!

My husband and I loved Kyle’s property in Lake Harmony! It is the coziest little getaway and is walking distance to everything- the lake, Piggy’s, Terra Cottage, Shenanigans, Nicks and Lake Harmony Market. If you’re looking for a relaxing weekend away, this place is the perfect spot! Our dog had just as much fun as we did! The check-in process was easy and the accommodations were wonderful!

Ski weekend

Spent a great weekend skiing at Jack Frost and Big Boulder. Great location. Nice, bright, clean and roomy home. Owner quick to respond and helpful. Only reason for less than five stars is the need to bring sheets and no firewood provided. We didn’t want to spend extra money and deal with hassle of renting sheets. Although there are two fireplaces, one is not functional. We didn’t plan ahead to bring wood so didn’t get to use the wood burning stove. With all our ski gear our SUV was loaded down, so sheets and wood would of been very appreciated.

Awesome getaway

We were 2 couples meeting up here for a week long getaway from our respective cities. The location didn’t disappoint in any way. House was very clean and extremely spacious, walking distance deli, restaurants , mini beach and lake activities were super handy. We enjoyed our stay very much , especially the huge raised back porch for barbecues , and the ceiling beams were also much appreciated by my cat ;) Kyle was an amazing host, very attentive, and easy to communicate with at all times. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful and calming experience

We have been nervous to go anywhere during the Pandemic. Home owner was completely empathetic and checked with the cleaning service to make sure they were using CDC approved cleaning products. Home is simple and calm, not a lot of clutter. The town is also very small but a little bit hard to navigate. We never figured out how to access the lake but we had fun anyway. Favorite spots nearby: Hawk Falls Boulder Field Mini golf

Nice house for a relaxing Getaway.

The house met all our expectations. The deck in the back provides a lush backdrop and is a nice place to relax. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for a simple meal. The great room has new furnishings. We really enjoyed our time there.

This home has a large living space that is open to the kitchen and dining area.
It is conveniently located within walking distance to almost anything you may need during your stay to include, restaurants, bars, boutique and estate shops, convenience store, post office, ambulance hall and fire station. Lake Harmony Tourism taxi is available (for a fee at your own expense). You can travel to travel to the Split Rock Side or other local attractions.

What makes this property unique

Private back porch overlooking the back yard and state woods. Approximately 300-350 feet to Shenanigan's, Hog Heaven and Piggies. Cross the street to Terra Nova or take the short walk a little further to Nick's Lake House and enjoy your meal with a view. You can walk less than 1,000 feet down to the lake to take in the beautiful views of Lake Harmony.
