Are you looking for a nice stay to spend your vacation? Or would you like a relaxing weekend at the Belgian coast? Or taking the kids to Plopsaland without having to brave traffic jams ? Then you've come to the right place . Our holiday house Duinendaele 213 is located at the holiday resort Duinendaele in Adinkerke / De Panne . There is plenty to do. The sea and the beach of De Panne located 3 km from the holiday park . Children will find the amusement park Plopsaland just around the corner . In addition, there are beautiful hiking and biking trails nearby. You can walk undisturbed for hours through the nature of the nature reserve ' Flanders Fields ' . For cyclists , there is a large network of marked bicycle routes along the coast and through the Flanders Fields . For the shoppers among us there are the shopping streets of the Panne (open 7 days out of 7 ) and the nearby coastal towns ( Nieuwpoort , Oostende , Knokke ) . Furthermore you will find cities like Bruges , Ypres , Furnes and Diksmuide and French Opal Coast ( Calais , Bray -Dunes , Boulogne , .. ) nearby . There are also numerous recreational activities on the holiday resort itself, such as a swimming pool , tennis courts , a playground and a soccer field . Of course you can just do nothing and relax on the beach of De Panne or of the south facing garden of your holiday home .

Our six - person holiday home is equipped with every comfort
• House for 6 persons
• 3 separate bedrooms ( sleeps 6 in total ) . One on the ground floor with a large double bed ( 1.60m/2.00m ) and two rooms on the first floor with four single beds . In every room there are duvets and pillows provided
• a brand new and fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob , oven , fridge with freezer compartments , a microwave oven , integrated dishwasher , Senseo coffee maker, kettle and of course all kinds of kitchen utensils
• cozy dining area with seating for six
• seating area with comfortable couches and a wood stove .
• bathroom with sink , shower and toilet
• spacious south facing and completely private garden with sun terrace and garden furniture
• In addition to the house there is a storage room where there is a washing machine , beach chairs , parasol , barbecue , outdoor toys and cushions for the chairs.
• to enjoy your free time , we also have free WiFi, a flat screen TV, a DVD player with DVD's and a radio-CD player available
• families with children can make use of the baby bet, raised chair and a box full of toys .

The property was very sweet and housed our family of 6 comfortably. It was a shame the pool was not open, especially given it was a heatwave. Otherwise the complex was clean, well maintained, and very friendly with the children playing with other families in the park every evening.

The opening dates of the pool are managed by the domain (the swimming pool is only open from 15 June to 15 September, as a certified lifeguard must be present for safety), but we fully understand the disappointment especially with the heatwave We hope to welcome you again in the future!

Great little cottage providing a good base for local attractions

The house was great, it was well equipped and had everything we needed. Having a garden for the children was also a nice feature. We were able to get the the centre of De Panne easily for the great beach and attractions and Plopsaland is a short walk away meaning not having to pay and find parking. Ideal for families, although stairs are a little steep so any small children need to take care, although a stair gate at the top would solve any issue. Nice to have a view over the fields at the rear of the property.

La déception est venue des deux côtés. Vous aviez une consommation d'énergie de 4 mois. Je n'ai jamais vue cela depuis 15 ans que je loue. Je ne sais toujours pas comment vous pouvez obtenir une consommation aussi élevée. La maison n'était en effet pas chauffée à votre arrivée, mais j'avais 2 paniers pleins de bois prêts pour vous. La maison est également immédiatement chauffée, avec 3 poêles à accumulation et un poêle à bois chauffant 40 m². L'eau est chauffée avec un robinet thermostatique. Vous avez eu des problèmes permanents avec cela, nous allons donc le remplacer pendant votre séjour. Rétrospectivement, ce n'était en fait pas nécessaire. Il n'y avait rien de mal avec la vanne thermostatique. ...La machine à laver avait en effet souffert du gel, mais j'ai immédiatement envoyé un technicien pour la divertir. Nous avons fait tout ce que nous pouvions pour rendre votre séjour agréable, mais pour certains locataires, vous ne pouvez rien faire de bien ...

Het restaurant op het domein zelf staat door de Coronacrisis inderdaad te koop, maar er zijn gelukkig veel andere eetgelegenheden vlakbij. Moeder Lambik op 500 m en op de zeedijk vind je het ene restaurant na het andere.

Schöne Gegend, aber.......

Wir waren Anfang April dort, grundsätzlich eine schöne Gegend. Allerdings gibt es ein paar Sachen, die sollte man beachten. -Mülltrennung in Belgien analog der deutschen, nur das hier Plaste auch nochmal getrennt wird in hartes und weiches. Ein Hefter zur Erklärung lag vor Ort, ich hatte es als angenehm empfunden, wenn ich mir die Müllsäcke nicht selber hätte kaufen müssen, sondern dieser ebenfalls vor Ort wären. Das Haus ist Liebevoll eingerichtet, hier und da Bedarf es allerdings ein weniger der Sanierung. Heizung..... Anfang April hatten wir Tagsüber 12 Grad und Nachts um die 3 Grad. Wir sind bei Ankunft in das Haus und dieses war kalt (14 grad), wenn man das weiß, ist es gut nur war unsere Ereartungshaltung eine andere.. Das Haus besteht aus Betonwänden ohne Dämmung, was das bei den Temperaturen bedeutet, ist denke ich klar. Heizungkörper sind vorhanden, laufen aber über Strom--> also alles gut, wenn man sich im klaren ist, daß dieser extra bezahlt werden muss. Kamin ist auch vorhanden, allerdings kümmert man sich in Eigenregie um Holz oder Kohle. Ich hatte Glück, mich hat ein Nachbar und umliegende Baumärkte Reich beschenkt, so daß wir die meiste Zeit per Kamin geheizt haben. Also alles in allem ok aber auch leicht anspruchsvoll.

Jeder Mieter erhält 1 Müllsack und 1 extra bei der Ankunf. Wenn Sie dann noch Müllsäcke benötigen, können Sie diese im Delhaize kaufen. Im Hinblick auf die zusätzlichen Energiekosten wurde dies nun angepasst. Wasser, Heizung und Strom sind jetzt im Mietpreis enthalten. Holz ist nicht im Preis enthalten, kann jedoch in der Nähe gekauft werden (an der Tankstelle auf 500 Metern oder im Baumarkt für 4 € / Paket)

Wel schoon op wat spinnenwebben na! Zag er gezellig en knus uit. Lastig dat buitenlampen niet werkten en lichtknopje in de hal niet . Bij donker thuiskomst heel lastig om binnen te komen. Electrische kachels moesten we flink opstoken om behaaglijk te zijn .Extra kosten !,Geen bierglazen en te weinig theelepeltjes! Toch genoten hoor😉!

Leuke woning maar gedateerd

Een leuke knusse woning, met een goeie ligging, vlakbij plopsaland. Helaas is het meubulair erg gedateerd en bied weinig comfort, ook wat betreft de schoonmaak. Badkamer/toilet en vloeren waren schoon maar ook een hele hoop spinnenwebben.

Jammer dat de woning niet naar uw wensen was. We hebben nochtans al het meubilair reeds vervangen in de loop van de jaren. Ook de keuken en badkamer werden volledig gerenoveerd.

Charmant en gezellig huisje op leuk vakantiedomein

Mooi gerenoveerd huis op een goede locatie. Dicht bij alles, maar toch weg van alle drukte. Prachtige tuin met open zicht op de achterliggende velden. De Panne zelf is ook een heel leuke badstad. Er wordt heel veel georganiseerd door de dienst toerisme. Er was tijdens de Paasvakantie altijd wel iets te doen: avondmarkten, concerten, vuurwerk, Paaseierenraap, workshops, wandelingen, ... De tijd was eigenlijk te kort.

Très bon séjour dans cette agréable maison!

La maison est bien jolie et bien orientée .. Le moindre rayon de soleil éclaire tout le living .. La vue sur le jardin et les champs est vraiment agréable ...
