Charming penty near Tromel beach, in the heart of the Crozon peninsula

Holidays in peace and close to the ocean assured in this charming penty located in the middle of the classified village of Tromel, inside the marine park of Iroise, on the commune of Crozon.
This kind of open village, with common areas used for example threshing areas, is typical of the Crozon peninsula and is part of the charm of this atypical territory in western Finistère.
These hamlets are characteristic of the fishing / farming lifestyle of the Crozon Peninsula, and of its habitat built to withstand time and elements.
Ideally located in the valley, the house is facing south.
You can reach Tromel Beach in 15 minutes at the end of the path.
This wild cove is very little used, even in summer.
It is one of the preserved places of the peninsula, a cove between the tip of Dinan and the beaches further south.
It is a wild and accessible place, with unspoiled beauty, facing West facing the Atlantic Ocean.

You are also a 10-minute drive from Morgat Harbor and La Palue Surf Beach and a 20-minute drive from Pen Hir Climbing Site; and for paragliding lovers, a 30-minute drive from Menez-Hom.

The house is rented for 4 nights minimum,
and the months of July and August, rentals are from Sunday to Sunday, for 7 nights minimum.

On the ground floor,
you have direct access to a large living room: living room with library, open kitchen dining room.
A spacious shower room with French window to the outside.
A terrace.
A small garden overlooking the house, facing south.

On the floor, in the former attic,
a landing with large closet serving 2 bedrooms,
the first with 1 double bed and the second with 2 single beds.
The house is equipped with:
TV, washing machine, stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, storage and all the equipment for baby (high chair, bath and cot).
The linen is provided.
Parking for a vehicle.

In addition to the rental will be charged the charges detailed below:
Water: 2. 5 Euros / m3
-Electricity: 0. 14 € / kW
-Final cleaning: 65 Euros (mandatory).

Das Objekt liegt sehr idyllisch etwa 5 - 10 Minuten von der Steilküste entfernt. Eine recht schmale Straße führt am Haus vorbei. Es gibt quasi keinen Durchgangsverkehr und es ist fast immer leise. Nur Wind und das Singen der Vögel. Im Haus ist alles, was man braucht. Küche, modernes Bad, Schlafzimmer (2 für bis zu 4 Personen) und im Erdgeschoss ein Kamin. Wenn man dem im Sommer braucht Von der Halbinsel aus kommt man einfach in nahe gelegene kleinere Orte und auch etwas weiter weg liegende. Unser Tipps: Quimper als Stadt, Camaret-sur-mere fürs Strandleben.

Super schönes Haus und super schöne Lage

Wir waren 10 Tage in diesem schönen Haus. Es ist wirklich sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad sieht ganz neu aus, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Das Örtchen Tremel ist sehr hübsch, die Lage ruhig und die Nachbarn sehr nett und freundlich. Man ist sehr schnell am Stran in Dinan, wo unsere Töchter surfen können. Auch in Morgat und Crozon ist man schnell. Wir hatte. einen wunderbaren Utlaub und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Der Weiler Tromel besteht aus knapp 10 Häusern, bis zur Küste sind es ca. 600 m. Ausgangspunkt für tolle Küstenwanderungen auf der Halbinsel Crozon. Zum Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 6 min mit dem Auto. Das Haus ist ansprechend renoviert mit kleinem Garten. Schlafzimmer sind unterm Dach, allerdings ist das Badezimmer mit Toilette im Erdgeschoss. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet.

Un petit paradis de campagne

La maison est superbe, nous nous y sommes senti.es comme chez nous. Le petit jardin est fort agréable. Le calme, la côte fantastique a 10 minutes à pied. Idéal pour découvrir la presqu'île (Randos depuis la maison ou à quelques kilomètres)... Quelques jours de bonheur... Si nous aurions une maison de campagne et bien elle serait juste comme la maison de Tromel.

Jolie Pen Ty bien équipé , les voisins résidents sont tous sympathiques

Très bon séjour au calme le Pen Ty est très bien équipé , beaucoup de balade a faire , les restaurants et autres commerces sont très abordables et pas de parking payant !

Un très bon endroit pour se déconnecter

Un penny confortable, très bien équipé (cuisine, bon wifi...) avec une bonne literie. Très bon accueil du gérant, Eric, et bons conseils. Le lieu-dit est très tranquille ce qui permet de se ressourcer. La côte avoisinante est magnifique avec des super lieux de promenades et randonnées. Pour y accéder, il y a 700 m à marcher sur une toute petite route (avec très peu de passage) ; côté baignades, la plage est 200 m plus loin ; elle est sauvage avec quasiment personne mais n'est donc pas surveillée ; il faut en outre respecter les règles de sécurité car cette côte est exposée aux baïnes. A noter sur l'habitat, les 2 chambres sont confortables avec beaucoup de rangements ; elles sont à l'étage sous les toits (les velux les rendant bruyantes en cas de pluie la nuit). Les wc sont dans la salle de bain au Rez-de-chaussée : pas pratique. Le prix est un peu cher. Il est à noter pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas trop la Bretagne que la presqu'île de Crozon est un endroit magnifique mais une fois bien installé dans le Penty, il faut déjà 30-45' pour ressortir de la presqu'île et visiter d'autres endroits du Finistère. En tous cas, notre séjour fut très agréable et nous recommandons cette location

Ruhig und idyllisch, perfekt zum Entspannen

Sehr gemütliches Häuschen in netter Nachbarschaft und toller Lage. Unkomplizierter Kontakt und freundlicher Empfang mit vielen Tips für Freizeitaktivitäten und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Leider war die Zeit zu kurz, das alles auszuprobieren, deshalb kommen wir gerne wieder!

Petit coin de paradis

Petit Pen ty plein de charme à 10 min à pied des falaises et d une petite plage à marée basse . L endroit est perdu dans la campagne ce qui lui donne un charme fou , très calme ,près de crozon (5kms)bien équipé, literies très confortables... je vous le recommande sans hésitation un vrai coup de cœur !

Parfait, conforme à nos attentes

Petite maison, très propre, tout neuf, parfait pour nous 3. Calme et tranquille, à 10 minutes à pied de la plage et de l'accès au sentier côtier : balades, footing... Voile à Morgat : le cncm est idéal. Météo bretonne (frais, crachin) mais belles ensoleillées tous les après-midi. Et nous avons tenu la semaine sans internet ni réseau !
