Luxurious ski in/out apartment (12 persons)

Luxurious apartment in the middle of town and right at skiing slope / Cretaz chairlift. Near golf course and mountain bike trails! View on Matterhorn from two sleeping rooms and living room.

The apartment was owned by Giuliana Chenal Minuzzo, who made history by becoming the first woman to take the Olympic Oath. The apartment contains a lot of historical tributes or the previous owner, combined with modern comfort and design.

The entrance to the apartment is right in front of Cretaz chairlifts. Which Means That You only have to cross a street to enter the apartment. The entrance is equipped with a high quality boat warmer installation and space to store skis and snowboards for 12 persons.

From the entrance you enter the open living room with TV and sitting area big lounge couch, Smart TV, Sonos sound system and Playstation 4.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and a big dining table for up to 12 people.

The ground floor has 3 bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one with chromo therapy). The sleeping area is separated from the "day area" with a pass. The first floor has 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms with big windows with view on slopes and Matterhorn and one small bedroom with bunk bed) and 2 bathrooms. All sleeping rooms.

There are parking spaces in front of the building That belong to the condominium, if They are free one can park right in front of the door. Otherwise there is a big parking lot at 75 meters from the apartment. On and off loading options in front of the entrance.

The ski rental (Ski Service Cervinia) is right next door.

Great stay!

We had a family gathering at this lovely and well furnished apartment. The amenities provided was adequate. We liked the location and each morning as we stepped out, we were awed by the view of the Matterhorn. The host was very responsive and friendly and provided us with local recommendations for meals. Parking was provided in front of the apartment.

An elegant, well furnished, superbly located ski apartment . I could not be more positive. Thank you to the hosts too who were very helpful before and after our trip. This an annual event for us and this is best ski week we have had in no small part due to this apartment .

Excellent Location!

We were a group of 10 who stayed for a week during Feb Half Term and had a brilliant time! The location of the chalet is extremely close to the Cretaz lift - good for not having to walk far in ski boots and carrying skis etc. There are numerous bars and restaurants of excellent quality all around the town. We had plenty of space and the chalet was well equipped. We did arrive in the early hours of the morning and it would have been nice to have a “welcome pack” of milk, tea bags, toilet rolls etc. Communication with Judith and Rosa was excellent. The only (very) slight negative is that our transfer taxis were not able to drop us off / or collect us from outside the chalet as the road is restricted. We had a fabulous stay if we ever come back to Cervinia we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks :-)

Not a luxury apartment

Pros: boot heaters, well stocked kitchen, location. Cons: No sufficient toilet paper for 1st day 1(2 bath did not have tp at all). No or little: dishsoap, garbage bags, body soap, sponges. A dirty old sponge was left for our use. The little amount of soap that was in kitchen was obviously left over from previous guest.Pillows did not have cotton standard pillow cases. Instead, were polyester/blend, wrinkled decorative shams. Very uncomfortable. bunk room is NOT a bedroom. It is annex space with only room for a bunk. This is not a 4 bedroom unit.Only 1 hairdryer for 4 bathrooms. 1 kitchen towel for a 7 night stayfireplace is not functioning (were told after check in)No wash/face cloths nor bidet towels providedclothes hangers are old wire or cheap plastic and only a few provided.wifi is sketchy/weak and nonexistent in one bedroomNo written instructions note/book. Must remember everything told to you over the phone.For this price point, this is not a luxury apt. Furniture is old & tired, no usual amenities that are normally thought of at this price point: ie: toilet paper, dish soap, body soap, body lotion, real pillow cases, sufficient kitchen & bath towels, advertised as 4 bedrooms when in fact the the bunk room is only a small annex with a bunkbed (no window, no furniture) Location was amazing and the owner's management co. were fast to respond and seemed like they were doing the best they could within the directions of the owner.

Vi är ett gäng gubbar som i 18 år åkt skidor ihop en vecka varje vinter. I år summerar vi vecka 11 som den bästa någonsin! Nära till allt och en perfekt lägenhet för 10 personer som älskar att laga mat tillsammans efter en härlig dag i backarna! Sköna sängar och gott om plats. Hit kommer vi gärna igen!

che dire: posizione perfetta sotto ogni aspetto! a due passi dagli impianti di risalita, scuola sci, noleggio attrezzature, bar ristoranti e tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. dalle piste quasi senza togliere gli sci si entra in casa dotata di comodissima ski room al piano terra.L'appartamento poi oltre ad essere dotato di tutto è bellissimo! ristrutturato in modo impeccabile con gran gusto. Stanze accoglienti e bagni di design.la vista al primo piano incantevole!.un grazie a Rosa Maria e Caterina super disponibili. Grazie anche a Judith ed Andreas per averci messo a disposizione la loro bellissima casa. non vediamo l'ora di tornare:-)

Perfect in so many ways

This is a wonderful Apartment that our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed. There are actually 12 beds so even for large families this would be great. But the best part was that it is just st the chair lifts. And next to the ski rental and ski school so you don't have to go anywhere to get things organized so for beginners like us, the location was just perfect. Next door there is also a cafe where we had our hot chocolate and espressos everyday. ! In the apartment, there is a washing machine and laundry rack which was very helpful. Kitchen was well equpped to cook meals with pots n pans and full sets of cutlery for many people. I didn't count but should be enough for at least 12 to 15 . Linen and towels were provided too.

Amazing location, perfect house for groups or large families

We stayed here for 4 nights in April. When they say that the skiing is 365 days a year, they're not kidding! We skied every day, and the chairlift was steps away from our front door. The house was perfect and well stocked with supplies. We had 5 adults and 6 children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The ski rental shop and ski school right next door were incredibly friendly and great with the kids. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful apartment – superb access to slopes.

The apartment is ideal for groups looking for high quality accommodation and total convenience. Situated on Via J.B. Bich, right in front of the Cretaz chairlift – you could not be in a better place to access the slopes. Especially good if you have young children with you, as we did. Equally, you are just minutes away from some great restaurants. The accommodation itself is extremely well presented. The living space is a modern & practical, open plan design - yet retains lots of alpine character. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms all had decent showers. The kitchen appliances are all high-end. We could not find fault with the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location

This is a beautiful spacious apartment which is decorated to a high specification. The bathrooms are wet rooms with lovely showers. The location is perfect just opposite the lifts/ ski schools and lift pass office. Very convenient for restaurants and bars. We were a group of 3 families with teenage children who appreciated the space, the smart tv's and the sonos music system. We would highly recommend. Also, the host Judith is lovely, very friendly and helpful!

Stor fin lägenhet med stora sällskapsytor

Vi är nöjda med vår vistelse i denna lägenhet. Vi var 11 vuxna som bodde i denna lägenhet under 5 dygn. Läget är perfekt! Standarden hög! 12 bäddar i specifikationen, borde vara 10 + 2 (2 bäddar är våningssängar i ett rum på 3m²) Priset är i överkant, men smakar det så kostar det:) / Cervinia rocks!

I truly love Il Cervino/the Matterhorn, it's such an impressive view. The skiing is really great in Cervinia, combined with Italian food and the altitude it makes Cervinia the perfect destination for a winter holiday.
