1100 sq. ft. 1 King memory foam bed, 1 queen in this newly remodeled guesthouse with kitchen, living and dining area, Select Comfort king bed, memory foam queen bed, and large bathroom with extra long Jacuzzi tub. This guesthouse has a private fenced in backyard with BBQ. On the property is a pool with diving board, tennis court, fire pit and outdoor hot tub. One block from Bidwell Park. Perfect for walks in nature. About 1.5 miles from Downtown Chico.
