This beautifully maintained craftsman bungalow has been in my family for decades! Enjoy this great location near Enloe Medical Center. It is conveniently situated, near CSU Chico, shopping, and the freeway. Walk to nearby cafes for breakfast. The home has a new mini-split heating & cooling system. Whether you visit in the sunny summertime or brisk cooler days, you will be cozy in our little craftsman. We can’t wait to host your next stay.
