Great accommodation in a lovely village

The accomodation was very spacious and clean. The village had everything you need (supermarket, bakery, restaurants). All in all, a great place to stay for a few days.

Nice few days in a beautiful small town in Belgium

Very nice home in the middle of the main street of a small town. Had a nice stay. River views and plenty of places to walk and hike nearby. The stairs were a bit hard to carry a small child but other than that, everything was on point for a relaxing few days.

Lovely house in very pretty town

We all very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. The rooms were very comfortable and we particularly loved the large covered terrace, which we could use even when the weather wasn't so good! We had several barbecues there. Catherine made check-in and out very easy. We arrived quite late and she arranged for us to have dinner at a lovely Italian restaurant next door. She provided us with everything we needed for our stay. Esneux is a very pretty town. It has several good bars, shops and restaurants, plus a supermarket in walking distance. We took the train (station also in walking distance) to Liege for the day. We also went walking in the surrounding hills and forests. Definitely recommend a visit!

Cathérine ontving ons persoonlijk, toonde ons het huis en gaf ons nog enkele concrete uitstaptips. De ligging is geweldig. De bedden waren top. We hebben allemaal heerlijk geslapen. De inloopdouche was uitmuntend. Dankzij het overdekte terras hebben we nog kunnen buiten eten. Fijn om dat te doen eind september. Kortom, we hebben genoten. Dankjewel, Catherine.

Schöne Unterkunft ein Kurztrips

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Stadthaus in Esneux. Die kleine Stadt südlich von Lüttich hat eine schöne Lage und man kann es in der Unterkunft gut aushalten. Es ist viel Platz und alles war sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und sie ist gut erreichbar.

Wunderbare Tage in Esneux

Das Haus war für uns sieben Personen gut aufgeteilt. Es knackt und knirscht überall ein wenig, dafür hat das Haus seinen eigenen Charme. Die Übergabe und Kommunikation mit Catherine hat gut geklappt und dank ihrer Empfehlung waren wir hervorragend essen in Esneux. In der näheren Umgebung ist alles, was man braucht und das Auto kann stehen bleiben.

Mooie gîte in Esneux

Het verblijf is zeer ruim, ik denk een voormalige winkel. De inrichting is zeer verzorgd en schoon. De buurt is plezierig, de ontvangs was hartelijk. Met de trein naar Luik is 20 minuten, de omgeving schitterend. Mooie natuur en mooie oude stadjes. Een aanrader.

Die Kommunikation fand ausschließlich über Sms statt. Dann war beim Check in noch nicht mal die Eigentümerin vor Ort sondern jemand anders. Die Wohnung war ziemlich dreckig in der Küche lagen Reis und Nudeln vom Vormieter noch auf dem Boden. Für uns sah alles so aus als ob keine Endreinigung gemacht worden ist. Am Ende worden wir dann noch beschuldigt eine Decke mit genommen zuhaben was habe nicht stimmt.

Ein Zwischenstopp auf der Durchreise nach Frankreich

Ein Hervorragende Terrasse die als Drehscheibe für die ganzen Familie diente. Bei Regen oder sonnigen Tage war es geeignet. Das Objekt liegt sehr zentral und die Parkplätze sind in Reichweite und Kostenlos. Einkaufsmöglichkeit 3 Minuten entfernt. Besonders hervorzuheben is die Freundlichkeit der Gastwirtin.

Empfehlenswert!

Vielen Dank! Unser langes Wochenende in Esneux haben wir sehr genossen. Die Ardennen sind wirklich sehr schön. Das Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen, den Service (bezogene Betten) und Handtücher haben wir sehr genossen. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert! Einzige, kleine Minuspunkte: - von der Terasse aus sieht man in benachbarte Hinterhöfe, z.T. sehr unordentlich und mit Gerüchen von benachbarten Restaurants - nach vorne zur Straße kann man nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen, die Motorräder, Motorroller usw. sind einfach zu laut.

Sehr gemütliches und großes Haus

Wir haben zu 7. sehr schöne drei Tage in dem Haus verbracht. Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz, es war sehr sauber und schön dekoriert. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig doch bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Catherine war super nett und immer gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!
