Charming family apartment for 4 people with swimming pool on the edge of Lake Aureilhan
This attractive 39 m² two-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor and features a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm).
All with a wooden terrace and a parking space in a secure residence.
Enjoy a residence with a swimming pool and a lakeside setting where you'll find children's playground equipment.
Any closure of the pool is beyond our control.
MONTHLY RENTAL OPTIONS ARE POSSIBLE WITH SEASONAL CONTRACTS FROM SEPTEMBER TO MAY.
BED SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN THE RENTAL. (Please bring the essentials: toilet paper, household and beauty products, paper towels, salt/pepper, oil, etc.)
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax (from €0.83 to €4.40 depending on the room type/night/person) and the security deposit (between €500 and €1,000).
