Ideal location 200m from the ocean (supervised beaches) 50 m from the current and the bridge, very pleasant for morning walks and sunset, 400 m from the market and at the foot of bike paths. Everything is within walking distance (grocery store, indoor market, beaches, pedestrian street, surf school, jet rental, shops, casino, restaurants, entertainment ...).

House of 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom 1 bed 140 + 2 bunk beds 90), bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, living room dining room + covered terrace.

Super maison de vacances à Mimizan plage Situation géniale à quelques pas de la plage A quelques pas du centre animé de Mimizan plage (Restaurants - Magasins - boulangeries) VRAIMENT TOP Maison bien équipée il y a tout ce qu’il faut et les propriétaires sont vraiment réactifs et accueillant. À notre arrivée une délicate attention nous attendait pour bien commencer les vacances Merci à vous et nul doute que si nous revenons à Mimizan nous choisirons à nouveau cet hébergement.

Très beau séjour à Mimizan plage. La maison est très agréable, au calme et confortable. Délicate attention de Catherine à notre arrivée (je n'en dirai pas plus pour garder la surprise aux futurs voyageurs !). La décoration est recherchée et cosy. Le jardin et le auvent sont un plus , très bien aménagés.

Ein kleines Paradies mit kurzem Weg zum Strand

Wir haben in diesem Haus zwei herrliche Wochen im Oktober verbracht. Das Wetter hat insgesamt gut mitgespielt, sodass wir die Strandnähe umso mehr genießen konnten. Und das praktisch fast allein, abgesehen von einigen Surfern, Anglern und anderen Hundebesitzern. Das Haus bietet alles, was man benötigt, auf einem guten Standard. Es ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet auf einem schönen Grundstück. Achtung: Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir versucht, auf das Grundstück zu fahren, sind aber an der Schwelle der Pforte gescheitert. Also haben wir den Urlaub über in der Seitenstraße am Grundstück geparkt, was auch kein Problem war und den weiteren Vorteil hatte, dass wir mehr Grundstück zur Verfügung hatten. Im Vorfeld hatten wir gehört, dass die Papierfabrik in Mimizan teils für Geruchsbelästigung sorgt, aber wir hatten offensichtlich Glück mit dem Wind, denn wir haben diesen zugegebenermaßen gewöhnungsbedürftigen Geruch tatsächlich nur in der Nähe der Fabrik selbst wahrgenommen. Mimizan-Plage ist ein klassischer Sommer-Badeort und hat dann sicherlich vieles zu bieten. Da wir aber nicht auf Trubel aus waren, hat es uns nicht gestört, dass für viele Geschäfte die Saison beendet war. Essen gehen konnte man trotzdem, auch hatten einige Geschäfte geöffnet und es gibt einen kleinen Leclerc-Supermarkt (wobei wir den größeren in Mimizan-Bourg vorgezogen haben). Für eine Woche haben wir uns Fahrräder gemietet, mit denen wir die Umgebung erkundet haben. In das nächste Küstenörtchen Contis sind es etwa 16 km auf einem wirklich tollen Radweg durch den Pinienwald. Die recht abgeschiedene Lage von Mimizan-Plage führt ansonsten dazu, dass Ausflüge immer etwas länger dauern und dann meist mit dem Auto angegangen werden müssen. Wir waren unter anderem in Biarritz, Bayonne, Arcachon (mit Dune du Pilat) und Bordeaux, und auch Donostia-San Sebastian im spanischen Baskenland haben wir einen Tag besucht, alles sehr lohnenswerte Ziele. Unsere Vermieterin Catherine war äußerst hilfsbereit. Als es Probleme mit dem W-LAN gab (für mitgereiste Jugendliche ein No-Go!) hatten wir innerhalb eines Tages einen Ersatzzugang und innerhalb weniger weiterer Tage wurde das Problem von einem Techniker behoben. Alles in allem haben wir also eine tolle Zeit in diesem kleinen Paradies verbracht und würden auf jeden Fall wieder diese Unterkunft wählen, wenn wir in diese schöne Gegend Frankreichs reisen. Superbe séjour!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine chez Catherine! La maison est vraiment très agréable, décorée avec goût, très bien agencée, lumineuse et très bien équipée. Les deux chambres sont très spacieuses, la literie est très bonne et le dressing dans chaque chambre est réellement un plus! Rien à dire sur la salle de bain qui est très grande avec une très belle douche à l'italienne! Les extérieurs sont à l'image de la maison. Dommage que le beau temps n'était pas au rendez-vous! Tout est à proximité : plage, commerces, restaurants.... Pas besoin de prendre la voiture! Merci à Catherine pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée. Très gros plus : les lits sont faits à l'arrivée, les serviettes de toilettes sont fournies! Nous gardons précieusement ses coordonnées pour retourner à Mimizan. A réserver les yeux fermés

Schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht

Das Häuschen ist total schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist wirklich top ( wenige Gehminuten zum Strand) . Hier kann man schöne und entspannte Ferien verbringen. Wir kommen gerne wieder !
