Enjoy your vacation on the quiet north end of Tybee Island. Bay View Villas 105 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, first-floor condo with great views over the Savannah River from the comfort of your private balcony. Stroll the natural shoreline that is a habitat for seabirds and marine life. Take a dip in the community pool, reserved only for guests of Bay View Villas.

The open floor plan of this spacious corner unit condo gives way to beautiful views from two sides of the living area, which is includes a plush sofa, sleeper chair, a flat-screen Smart TV, and access to the covered balcony overlooking the pool and the bay. The dining area has seating for 6, perfect for family meals or game nights. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher for easy cleanup and a full-size washer and dryer for guests' use.

Relax after a day at the beach in the primary bedroom with access to the balcony to watch the sunsets. The primary bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has a Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has dual vanities and a custom walk-in tile shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and a Twin bed and a TV to comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests. The guest bathroom is all new and has a tub and shower combination. This condo will sleep up to 6 comfortably. This condo is on the first floor of the building which is equipped with a handicap-friendly elevator for ease of access. (elevator, not ADA compliant).

There is assigned parking for 2 vehicles in the uncovered parking area. No pets. Bay View Villas is a smoke-free community. No smoking is allowed inside the condo or anywhere on the property, including your condo balcony.

Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beautiful beach area with calm waves. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, a community pool just for Bay View Villas, tennis courts, private parking, and is a gated complex.

Please Note: Ocean view from this unit may be partially obstructed by the beautiful, natural dunes that are protected by the U.S. Department of Natural Resources.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. Nice relaxing vacation for my family. We were on the quiet end of the beach which was perfect for us. Still not far from the 'action' though. The Unit we stayed in was nice and clean - loved the decor. There was ocean/bay views from every room but the back bedroom which was nice.

Perfect location!

I stayed for the weekend with my friend and our two sons, ages 8 and 11. Loved the closeness to the beach and the pools. The kids loved a tv in every room. This condo is on the first floor right outside the smaller pool - so you do see people right outside the window from the living room/main bedroom. But it clears out on Sunday and isn't too busy. Nice quiet area. Building C isn't marked with a C.

Nice but need maintenance

The property was as advertised. However, the hot water heater needed maintenance. It smelled like rotten eggs when hot water was turned on. We were told we had let it run for sometime but the smell was overwhelming plus runing for long time caused black sediments in all the sinks. Can you imagine washing in that water with that smell and particles on your body. We used cold and boiled water.

Overall, this was a lovely place to stay. Clean, nice deck, good location for the quiet north beach area. There is a small ocean view and the deck looks right over the small pool area. I expected the view of the ocean to be larger based on other reviewers comments. Also, this is a first floor property and the walls are thin. There were a few nights where the group directly above us was moving around furniture and running as late as 2 am. The rest of the nights were fine. Very close to shopping and north beach activities.

Great location!

We enjoyed our time at Bay Villas. The convenience to the beach and pool was fantastic having 3 small children. The pool closest to the condo was still closed for maintenance but the other one was open, a little chilly but kids enjoyed it! The condo was really nice and provided everything needed! I would recommend for families who plan to cook some of their meals to shop in a store before you get to Tybee as there are limited options. We will be back again! The sunsets are amazing!

This condo is beautiful and has everything you need. We so enjoyed sitting on the patio, watching the ships and dolphins. Only thing wrong was that we were told that each bathroom had one only towel and washcloth, so we packed extras, when in fact there were plenty provided.

Awesome!

This location was perfect for small kids since the water sit right where the Savannah River meets the North Atlantic Ocean. Giving them water to play in with out getting pushed around, but still had the option to take a short drive to get to the actual ocean. The condo was also very nice, and clean!

Fantastic location and unit, nice quiet north beach location. Perfect for morning and late evening walks (spectacular sunsets) along with dolphin watching and the occasional crab watch. 40 yds of beach when tide is out and can walk for hours around to the Atlantic side. Accommodations were perfect, spacious and well planned interior, pool is spacious and typically same temp as air. TVR is a great company to deal with as they ensure to over communicate (in a positive sense) and have everything ready for you. Easy walk to Tybee Oaks shopping area, beachy laid back shops and great little coffee store... #keeptybeereal
