This Condo is located very close to the beach in Seamist (previously Sand and Surf ) Condominiums and is on the Second Floor. Enjoy the sunrise over the ocean on your private balcony. The beach is about 200 yards away over a wooden boardwalk.
After a day at the beach you can relax and have a cocktail on the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze. The condo is very close to town and is the perfect place for your family's vacation needs. Located in the golf cart approved driving area.
Seamist Condominiums is a small complex and is in a great location for the beach and downtown Port Aransas and is still in a quiet area away from the busy parts of town. A nearby wooden boardwalk allows safe access to the Beach. 1 assigned parking space. No Boats or Trailers. Non Smoking complex. Sleeps up to 4. (including children)
LaVilla Dulce is a great place to escape for a couple or small family. This 2nd floor condo welcomes you to enjoy the beach life. Open floor plan makes the condo feel roomy.
Open living area: The living room is open to the kitchen. There is a Futon for extra sleeping and a large flat panel TV with cable TV. The covered patio is just off the living room for fantastic morning sunshine.
1 Bedroom: Stretch out in the King-Sized bed after a long day at the beach or just snuggle up and read a book to get away from it all. There is a dresser and a closet for storage. There is a flat Panel TV with cable. The entry door (bedroom side) leads out to the breezeway and pool area with BBQ grills and picnic tables is just down the stairs. There is a pocket door for privacy in the hallway.
1 Bathroom: The bathroom has a custom walk in shower with a separate vanity area with a double sink. There is also a washer/dryer for your use.
Open Kitchen: This kitchen has been recently renovated. You will be able to prepare many of your family meals here. This kitchen is stocked with most basic kitchen items. There is a tall dining table with chairs and bench seating.
Community Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is a good size and has lounge chairs for your comfort while watching the kids swim or just soaking up the sun. There is also BBQ grills and picnic tables for grilling out the fresh catch of the day or good ole hot dogs and hamburgers. There is also an outdoor shower.
Parking: You have 1 assigned parking space. There is limited overflow and golf cart parking.
Location: This condo is located in the SeaMist Condos just off of 11th St. You can walk to the beach over the wooden boardwalk or Sandcastle Drive will be your closest beach access rd. Shells restaurant and the Port A Beach Lodge are a quick walk or drive away.
This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.
Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.
Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.
We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.
