The apartment is finely renovated, fully furnished and air conditioned and consists of two bedrooms, kitchenette and living room, two bathrooms, sunny terrace overlooking the main street of the historic center of Acireale, reserved parking space inside the courtyard. The apartment is equipped with every comfort including TV, Wi-Fi Internet, hairdryer and the possibility of hosting your animal friends.

It is located in the historic center of Acireale in a strategic position from which you can easily reach any destination in eastern Sicily. From Acireale it is in fact easy to reach Taormina, the beaches of Recanati and Giardini Naxos, Syracuse, Catania, Etna, the Aeolian Islands (Vulcano, Stromboli, Panarea, Salina ....) and Etnaland one of the most beautiful and appreciated water parks and thematic of Europe. Agréable et animé

Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour l'accueil en soirée, la corbeille et la bouteille de vin. Cela fait plaisir. L'appartement dispose d'un emplacement de parking : excellente nouvelle dans ce quartier animé et central. Le double appartement est décoré simplement et avec goût. Il est agréable même si les réveils peuvent être matinaux en raison de la circulation. Excellente localisation pour rayonner vers Taormina, l'Etna, Catane. La visite d'Acireale est à faire également.

We had a delightful stay. The owner Antonio and his wife picked us up at the airport and gave is a helpful touring drive from Catania to Acireale pointing out sights, transportation hubs and more. The apartment was spotless, bright, comfortable. We cooked several meals and had all we needed for cooking and eating. We were welcomed with a generous food basket, bottle of wine and water in the refrigerator. A very pleasant stay.

Tolle Wohnung in exquisiter Lage

Lage: ruhig und dennoch nur ca. 300 Meter von der Piazza del Duomo entfernt. Geschäfte und Restaurants alle fußläufig erreichbar. Wohnung: Dachgeschoßwohnung mit Dachterrasse, sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hervorragende Ausstattung: Sonnenschirme, Waschmaschine, Stabmixer und vieles mehr Vermieter: ein sehr sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Mann, der prompt auf Zuschriften und Fragen reagiert. Wir, eine fünfköpfige Familie, haben 11 Nächte in Acireale verbracht und fanden sowohl die Wohnung als auch den Aufenthaltsort phantastisch. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Great Locale

Antonio was a very helpful and welcoming host. Everything we needed, even parking and a washing machine, was provided. The loft was clean, comfortable and secure and right in the middle of the town, within easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants, parks and shops. I would highly recommend it.

Appartement splendide, bien équipé, propre et spacieux. Plein d'attention à notre arrivée, avec ce qu'il faut pour le petit déjeuner et même ... une bouteille de vin pour le séjour! Le logement est situé au troisième étage sans ascenseur mais Antonio a l'amabilité et l'élégance de monter les valises ! un vrai gentleman ! Bien situé si on aime être en plein centre ville mais avec l'inconvénient d'être un peu bruyant quand on n'a pas l'habitude de vivre en ville.

Super Unterkunft, perfekter Vermieter

Am Anreisetag (Weihnachten) hatte der Vermieter Brot, Brötchen, Pasta, Getränke bereit gestellt. Anstatt der gebuchten Wohnung in Richtung Straßenseite erhielten wir eine (größere) Wohnung in Richtung Meer mit großer Terasse. Die Wohnung war top gepflegt, sauber und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet (zwei Schlafzimmer jeweils mit eigenem Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer und seperate Küche; Klima-/Heizungsanlagen in allen Zimmern); die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz ist zwar sehr eng (Ford C-Max passte gerade so durch), ist aber dringend erforderlich, da Parkplätze kaum zu finden sind. Von außen sieht das Haus (typisch sizilianisch) nicht beeindruckend aus; das ändert sich nach Betreten der Räume! Neben der Unterkunft ist besonders die zuvorkommende Art des Vermieters zu loben. Nicht nur, dass dieser am Feiertag für alles Nötige gesorgt hat; auch Rückfragen wurden jederzeit umgehend per E-Mail, WhattsApp oder Handy beantwortet. Dank freiem W-Lan in der Wohnung auch kein Problem; damit konnten wir auch italienisches Fernsehen mittels Screen-Mirroring durch deutsches ersetzen. Wer eine super Unterkunft in Sizilien sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Dafür mille grazie Antonio!!!

Appartement très spacieux, plein centre, avec parking privé gratuit dans la cour. Très bien équipé (cuisine, lave linge, ...), très propre, très bien décoré, avec beaucoup de cachet, de nombreuses attentions à l'arrivée (pâtes, vin, petit déjeuner, ...). Deux chambres, deux salles de bain. Belle terrasse. Calme, très adapté pour visiter Taormina, Catane, l'Etna, ... Propriétaire très sympathique, au contact facile. Bons restaurants dans le quartier. A recommander sans hésiter!

Wonderfull stay at our appartment in Acireale

We really liked our stay in the loft in Acireale. It was spacious and well equipped. Although it was very hot outside the airco's were able to keep the temperature inside ate a comfortable level. Acireale is a nice city with a lot of nice restaurants and is a good base for trips to the Etna, Taormina and other cities in the region. A private parking space is available although a bit difficult to approach.

Très bien situé au cœur de la jolie ville d'Acireale qui gagne à être connue. Bien située pour découvrir la côté est et l'Etna. Logement très confortable, refait à neuf, au cœur de la cité commerçante. Parking privé pour véhicules, air conditionné, équipement neufs. Agréable à vivre. Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux
