2 bedrooms apartment is available for short and long periods on the last floor of a splendid late '800 building, a typical manor home, in the historic center of Acireale (Sicily). Acireale is just in front of the sea, about 16 km from Catania and 30 Km from Taormina.

The apartment is composed by living room, kitchen,2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, sunny terrace and free private parking lot. The apartment is completely renovated, finely furnished and equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, private bathroom, washing machine, hairdryer, Internet Wi-Fi, TV and the ability to accommodate your pets.

All the accommodations are located in the historic center of Acireale (Sicily) in a strategic position to reach the main eastern Sicily destinations. From Acireale you can easly reach Taormina, Recanati and Giardini Naxos beach, Syracuse, Catania, Etna, Eolie Islands (Vulcano, Stromboli, Panarea, Salina....) and Etnaland, one of the most beautiful and appreciated Waterpark and Themepark at European level.

Ottima sistemazione

Casa in posizione perfetta in centro, vicina a tutti i servizi e ideale per raggiungere e visitare i vari punti di interesse nella zona, spiagge incluse. Risponde perfettamente alla descrizione ed è fornita di tutto. Un grazie particolare al signor Antonio per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità.

Tutto quello che si può dire di positivo del n/s soggiorno ad Acireale presso il Sign.Antonio La Spina è assolutamente riduttivo. Gentilezza, cortesia, disponibilità infinita e attenzione alle esigenze di ognuno di noi. L'appartamento e l'ingresso sono arredati con particolari che evidenziano l'intervento di un professionista e molti oggetti denotano il piacere dei proprietari nel ricercare il bello delle cose. La pulizia era da hotel 5 stelle, completo di ogni accessorio. Consigliatissimo. Grazie Antonio è stato piacevole soggiornare presso la Tua proprietà, sarà un piacere ritrovarci la prossima volta che vengo ad Acireale. Salvatore Fabiano

Bon séjour en Sicile

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, très propre et très bien situé, très calme. Nous avons pu profiter de la grande terrasse qui est bien exposée. Le propriétaire est très gentil. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

très agréable et très bien situé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Antonio qui est un hôte très attentionné. Nous le remercions pour le vin et la nourriture pour le soir et le petit déjeuner, attention particulièrement bienvenue quand on arrive de l’aéroport et que l'on a 2 enfants fatigués et affamés... Nous sommes venus durant le carnaval et il était très difficile de circuler (et de se garer) ; Antonio nous a donc retrouvés de l'autre coté de la ville pour nous guider jusqu’à la place de parking dans sa cour (hyper pratique durant le carnaval). L'appartement est très agréable et spacieux (2 belles chambres et deux salles de bain) et la terrasse est très appréciable le matin avec sa vue dégagée (plus que sur les photos). Tout était très propre et en très bon état, avec une cuisine bien fournie. Nous avons également très bien dormi car le lieu est calme et l'appartement était bien chauffé (important en février). Enfin, l'emplacement en plein centre est extra et surtout durant le carnaval ou n'avons eu qu'à pousser la porte pour être en plein dans la fête et le défilé de chars.

Perfect location and well equipped apartment

We enjoyed our stay in Acireale especially because of the lovely place Antonio has. It was on the third floor so if you have any problems with stairs this could be a problem. The apartment had a wonderful view of the Sea and was very comfortable.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans l'apartment d'Antonio. L'appartement est spacieux, propre, comfortable, calme et plein de charme, , avec une très belle terrasse. Il est très bien placé en plein centre d'Acireale, proche des restaurants et magasins. L' accueil d'Antonio a été tres chaleureux et amical. Il nous donné pleins de conseils pratiques sur les endroits a visiter dans ce joli coin de la Sicile. Nous retournerons definitivement dans ce charmant apartment a notre prochain séjour en Sicile.

Appartement très agréable parfaitement situé prour monter à l Etna

Propriétaire très sympathique, l appartement est très confortable, de petites attentions à la disposition du passager, vin apéritif, beurre, biscottes'... Qui évitent de courir faire les premiers achats. Possibilité de garer la voiture. Je recommande fortement cet endroit pour une famille ou entre amis

La casa è davvero bella, un gioiellino, dotata di ogni comfort, pulita, in ottimo stato tanto che le foto quasi non rendono giustizia! Si trova proprio sulla via principale di Acireale ed è dotata di un comodissimo parcheggio interno riservato. Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e disponibile. Sistemazione assolutamente consigliata e che risceglierò qualora dovessi ricapitare da quelle parti. Grazie ancora.

Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!

Antonio hat uns mit seiner Frau vom Flughafen abgeholt.Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit .Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet und für 2 Paare optimal.In der Wohnung erwartete uns ein Korb voller Leckereien, sowie diverse Getränke.Alles ist super sauber, so das wir uns gleich wohl fühlten. Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten mit unserem Gepäck, es war nicht in Catania angekommen.Mit Antonios Hilfe und seinenTelefonaten, konnten wir es dann mit ihm vom airport abholen. Danke für alles.

Antonio holte uns mit seiner Frau vom Flughafen ab.Er ist sein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch.Das Appartment ist wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr sauber.Uns erwartete dort auch ein riesiger Korb mit vielen Leckereien und diverse Getränke, so dass wir uns gleich wie zuhaus fühlten. Auch bei der Beschaffung unseres Gepäcks, welches nicht in Catania angekommen war hat Antonio und sehr untertützt.Nur mit seiner Hilfe und Telefonaten könnten wir es mit ihm nach 4 Tagen abholen.Vielen Dank für alles.

We booked for 4 days to discover the area (sea and Etna)with 2 kids 5 and 9. The welcome by Antonio was excellent. The place was a little hard to find, but when we knocked on the right door, every thing went very well. Antonio made everything very simple and easy for us (with 2 kids we all know it's very important!) we left the luggage on site on an early arrival. The flat was great! Decoration is very nice and makes you feel good, all the rooms are very functionnal and the kitchen got all it takes to cook anything you want. There was a big fresh fruit bowl on the table,white wine in the fridge red wine on the counter, fruit juices, water and other drinks for everyone, even a bottle of "limoncello", all at our disposal. The terrace is sunny and you have lots of room to moove around. Great place to start any excursion in the area, from the beach to Etna. Thank you for everything Antonio, if we go back in your region, for sure we book again at your place. Cordially, Rodolphe
