Walking distance to lower Greenville and Skillman/Live Oak this cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath home 1300 sq ft with beautiful pool garden area, including a gas fire pit. 10 minutes from downtown. Secluded feel in the middle of the city, and close to the park.
56 and 42 inch flat screen TV's 2 bathrooms and showers including a 9 x4 foot water room with 2 benches, 7 spray nozzles, and a steam bath. Beautiful garden area visible from sunroom/second bedroom. Peaceful oasis in the heart of Dallas.
There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a single pull out sofa bed in the sunroom, as well as a queen size sofa bed in the front room
