Tons of shopping and an abundance of restaurants just minutes away. Beautiful, historic downtown Charleston is only 10-15 minutes away. Best location to see it all ......without the downtown prices.

The brick home has been recently updated with a Caribbean flair, decorated with antiques and a tropical style. Open living-dining area with full kitchen, pantry and laundry room. A fabulous fenced backyard with huge oak trees provide a shady retreat from the sun with dining area, BBQ, and outdoor shower. Plenty of parking and a low traffic area renders a quiet and relaxing environment with major highways nearby. Very safe, quiet neighborhood for all ages. Great place for visiting friends, relatives or grandkids and having a separate place to stay.

We enjoyed our getaway to Mount Pleasant. This house is clean, comfortable, and in a great location! The only inconvenience was not being able to enjoy the cute backyard due to the heat, humidity, and mosquitoes.

My DH and I spent five nights in this small, lovely home in Mount Pleasant. It is immaculately kept and very comfortable. Property manager Deborah has stocked the kitchen and bath with anything you need. She was great to communicate with, too. We felt like we were guests in a much-loved home.

Immaculate home in lovely neighborhood.

Deborah's house is very inviting. I stayed there for a week in May. You will need a car to get around, but the location is good. I was able to tour downtown Charleston, go to the beach, visit Magnolia Plantation and visit a number of good coffee shops and restaurants within miles of her home. There is also a farmer's market just down the road, open one day a week. I highly recommend visiting it, if you are able. The backyard is wonderfully kept up and visited by many of the area's birds. I would definitely stay again.
