Location! Our home is nestled in the trees right on the golf course, within walking distance to parks, golf courses, and a 5 minute walk to Swiftwater winery / restaurant. Enjoy your stay while in the jacuzzi overlooking the custom oversized fire pit! Fill your time playing pool and/or ping pong in our converted garage game room with TV. Our back patio with a fireplace for your dinner or lunch.

SURVEILLANCE DEVICES:

2. Outdoor areas are monitored through exterior cameras
HOUSE GUIDE/RULES:
Safety is a huge concern to us. If you proceed forwards you understand that Slips, trips, cuts, falls & heat strokes are on the guests. By renting the home you are waiving all liabilities on the owners.
1. Please keep your shoes at the entryway. Shoes are not allowed inside the house.
2. Please ensure pets are kept off the couches and beds. This is to provide quality experience to every guest we host.
3. Please clean after your pet. LEAVE NO TRACE (WASTE) behind otherwise you would be fined. ($250)
4. No smoking allowed.
5. No events or parties allowed.
6. Please make sure, the hot tub is covered after use properly and temperature is set back to 100F. Please make sure you understand the risks or side effects of staying in Hot Tub (especially if you are pregnant, please avoid it). Also, make sure to rinse off before getting into hot tub, if dump and refill is needed after your stay, $200 fine will be added to cover the cost.
7. DON’T LEAVE KIDS unattended in Hot tub or outdoors or anywhere where supervision is needed.
8. Please don’t burn wood in any circumstance. Use the gas fire pit. Cle Elum is very high fire risk area, if you are found burning wood. Law enforcement would be notified.
10. Please observe the quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Remember there are folks who live full time close by so please respect the rules and keep it down to avoid any issues. If you violate, complaints can be made by neighbors or if security finds it. Upwards of $1000 fine could be added if violate.
11. No parking on the street/gravel/dirt at all times. Only park on driveway. If you violate, $1000+ fine will be added.
11. Please clean all the dishes that you use during your stay including Coffee Pot, Blender and any other appliance or utensils.
12. Please turn-off the gas for the grill/fireplaces after the use.
13. Garbage bins are located outside. Please make sure to pack the garbage and put into large bins.
14. [Winter] Snow shovels are available for use. Please make sure they are placed back in the same spot after use.
15. [Winter] Please watch out for icy and slippery surfaces. Be careful and watch your steps. If you think something is not right, let me know as soon as possible.
If you are not comfortable with any of the rules or any other thing mentioned above, then, this house isn't for you.

We keep our property in tip top shape and we are always looking to add more fun amenities for your stay. Are location is amazing vs having to drive through the property for another 20 minutes. It is located at the first turnabout and 30 seconds around the next corner. Our home has all the kitchen utensils needed and a drawer full of spices.
What makes this property unique
Our custom oversized firepit & covered hot tub , full game room with pool , ping pong , pop a shot and a 70" TV. Fireplace on back deck for dining. Close to the entrance and 5 minutes to Swiftwater.
