About this property

4BR+Family & Group Friendly+ 5 min to Uptown

Our home is a 2400 sq. ft. three story townhome located the North End of Charlotte. It has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 6 beds. There is plenty of space for rest, entertainment, and memories. The exceptionally large kitchen is stocked with all the cooking supplies you might need. Additionally, our bar is just waiting to chill your favorite beverage. To get a feel for how close you are to the city, just take a step out onto the balcony for quick glimpse of some of Charlotte's favorite buildings.

If you're looking for a night in, enjoy a game night with a selection of provided games and cards, or sign into your favorite streaming service and cozy up on the couch or watch in private in one of our two master suites. You'll be sure to get your rest while sleeping on one of our memory foam mattresses, but if you need an extra boost in the morning please enjoy a cup or 2 of provided coffee or tea. Our home is family friendly: pack n play, books, and toys are available upon request. We also have a queen self-inflating air mattress available upon request.

Great spot! The whole group loved it. The house is very clean, roomy, convenient, and nicely set up. Only downside is not much parking. But, highly recommend! :)

Modern townhome in a Great location

3 level townhome with a deck. Spacious bedrooms, kitchen and spaces for hanging out with the family. Enjoyed the proximity to downtown and to Camp North End. Gracious and communicative hosts. Townhome is in a quiet neighborhood perfect for walking, running or cycling. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Charlotte. Also, we took a short drive (~15min) and found several neighborhoods with restaurants worth visiting on our next time down here.

Perfect location

The property was much better than expected. Everything was very clean. The kitchen and living room area was out of this world. But for our group, the best thing was the location. Every thing we had planned was within minutes of the rental.

Great place to host a family dinner!

The property was perfect to celebrate Thanksgiving “on the road”. The openness and size of the kitchen made it so easy to cook! We appreciate the hosts providing an extra table and chairs! Thank you for a wonderful time!

What makes this property unique

Our townhome is in the perfect for location for a group looking to stay close to Uptown. The home is within 1.5 miles from center city, across the street from the new Heist Barrel Arts brewery, steps away from Charlotte's most exciting new development, Camp North End, less than half a mile away from Avid Exchange's Music Factory including Skyla amphitheater and the Fillmore concert venues, and VBGB beer garden. An entrance to both highways 77 and 85 are located just a block from our neighborhood. Additionally, the home is located two miles from the Noda and Plaza Midwood neighborhoods.
