About this property

The perfect House air-conditioned and with swimming pool for Holidays in family.

Contemporary villa with a floor 1 km from the old village of Velaux and 800 m from an Intermarché. 20 min by car to Aix en Provence and 25 min to the beaches of Carry, 30 min center of Marseille.

Pool of 4 x 8 m. (1.4 m deep) with stairs and shutter to secure children (or pool alarm). Swimming pool with automatic Ph and salt so without the bad smell of chlorine!
Teak terrace (35 m2) for meals covered by an electric awning and an ideal fogger to bring down the temperature!
For the cooks: Outdoor Pizza Oven (recipe for the dough with our thermomix) and Weber Gas BBQ.

4 bedrooms including a master suite with bathroom and a bathroom, and a very large living room adjacent to the American kitchen for 180 m2.
House fully equipped with all comforts (electric shutter, washer and dryer, dishwasher, hair dryer, air conditioning in each room, WIFI and outdoor speakers. Synthetic Putting Green being finalized ...).

You will have to cohabit with our Zena Chate ZenZen called. She is very beautiful not bad for a sub but it is she who decides when we can pet it otherwise it passes his way. She's on top for the kids!

Rent by the week, we wish families with children.

Maison charmante située dans un coin calme

Nous avons passé de très bonnes semaines dans cette belle maison dans un village calme. Climatisation et piscine nous ont beaucoup aidés lors des températures de cet été. Pleins de petites choses pour passer le temps comme le kicker, le golf et biensure les vélos. Très bonne et simple communication avec les propriétaires! A Claude et toute la famille, un très grand merci pour l’accueil chaleureux.

Un superbe séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, la maison est très agréable et parfaite pour des vacances en famille. Le propriétaire est très avenant et disponible, et la chatte Zenzen est adorable! À refaire sans aucun doute :)

Une semaine de détente entre amis

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Claude et sa famille, le cadre est idéal pour se retrouver entre amis avec des enfants en bas âge. Petite mention spéciale à Zen Zen le chat et aux nombreuses commodités dont nous avons pu profiter (Four à pizza, piscine, golf..). Merci encore pour votre accueil très chaleureux !

Villa tout confort dans un environnement résidentiel

Maison vaste et confortable dans un quartier calme. Piscine et air conditionné (dans toutes les pièces) sont un vrai plus en été. Propriétaire attentionné et disponible. Commerces accessibles à pied. Beaucoup à voir dans un rayon de max 50-60 km.

Qui dit mieux ?

Grande maison fonctionnelle et chaleureuse. Piscine et four à pizza, pâtes à pizza préparées pour les hôtes. Adorable chatte très affectueuse, qui traduit bien l’esprit de famille qui imprègne la maison. Pour une famille - trois générations - qui se retrouve après des éloignements de par le monde, qui dit mieux ?
