The place we booked apparently flooded and we were moved very last minute to a non-oceanfront location in a different place altogether. Did not want to stay so far off beach because made beach visits overly burdensome. Floors were filthy, hair in shower. Cockroaches on patio at night due to location to trash dumpster.

This review is not reflective of Blu 102. We experienced an unexpected water loss at Blu 102 and contacted the guest more than two weeks before arrival via email with the option to cancel for a full refund or move to a different property for the same dates. Unfortunately, the guest didn't read that email until the day before arrival, which is likely why the change felt "last minute". For the record, no cleanliness concerns were ever reported to us during this stay at the other property. Neither Blu 102, nor the other location is anywhere near a dumpster. The property we relocated the guest to was larger and more expensive than Blu 102, and we did not charge the difference. We stand behind the accuracy and condition of this property and welcome any future guest to reach out directly with concerns during their stay so we can address them right away.

Clean, quiet and spacious condo. Gated parking lot and beach access were nice security features. Kitchen was well.stocked but dishwasher was inoperable for our entire stay. Property is one of the nicest locations on Okaloosa Island, and we've been regular visitors for over 20 years.

Can not beat the location, the pool and 3 primary suites for a vacation. However, for the price the condo shows some wear that we did report to the owner. For example very limited cooking utensils (only 1 of the teaspoons for measuring); dishwasher is not secured to the island and leans forward every time you open the bottom rack and several sinks very slow drain.. At this price point the kitchen stock needs to be refreshed and updated as needed and the condition of some of the home needs to be reviewed and corrected. We did have a wonderful time despite some of the conditions however.

Patricia, I am super happy you guys had a nice stay! Future guest: Our cleaning team provides the following simple wrapped bar soap in each bathroom, small bottle of dishwashing soap in kitchen, papers towel roll, dishwashing towel, and two dishwashing pods. Each bathroom will receive an initial roll of Toilet Paper. The set up will last most folks a couple of days prior to your needing to have additional supplies. This is the standard set up in our market particularly after Covid and the desire not to share products between guest.

The condo was perfect just liked described, I am not sure where the 12 sleeping comes in at we had ten 6 adults and 4 kids but all the kiddos would have to sleep in the same room. Not happening with boys and girls even young ones, parents went and got a air mattress for the boy, also would be nice to have a third parking pass without having to paid the extra fee with what the condo cost. But all had a great time.

Wonderful

Direct access to the pool and beach from this room. Very safe and secure. Gated parking and beach access. Kitchen well stocked, comfy beds and plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay again!

The description of the property was extremely accurate. Beautiful place and loved being on the first floor to go directly out to the pool/ocean. Our kiddos had a great time playing in the pool and in the beach non-stop.
