We really enjoyed our stay. It is a great location just outside of town, but close enough to be able to run back and forth throughout the day. We were in town for an appointment mid-morning and the host was kind enough to allow us to check in a couple hours early.
Our family needed a little get away in nature and this place was perfect. The cabin was cozy and clean and the land is beautiful! Our kids had a blast exploring and we will be back!

Liked: Cleanliness, location
A nice cabin, but overpriced given the lack of amenities: no hand soap in the bathroom, no Wi-Fi, and a steep 100 per-pet fee.
Property was beautiful! Isolated and real country cabin feel, yet close to amenities to be able to run into town when needed. Check-in/check-out process was a breeze. Very clean throughout, well stocked (dishes, cookware, basic staples) - we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Our favorite stop in the area so far, leagues above other places we’ve stayed and much more family-friendly than a hotel. A!
This cottage was perfect! Far away enough from the city but close enough to get there if we needed anything. We were very impressed with the whole place! Would absolutely stay again!
Exceptionally clean house, excellent communication with friendly host, well stocked kitchen, secluded, plenty of room to exercise my dog, close to town,
The kitchen was fully equipped, and we really enjoyed the wood‑burning fireplace — the stacked firewood was such a thoughtful touch. We stayed over Christmas to visit family, and the property was perfect for letting our dogs roam the acreage. We were close to town to get out to go eat or shopping.
My family has stayed here several times and will always look for this cabin first. The hosts are accommodating and it has always been a pleasure to stay here. I will always recommend staying here.
Wonderful place! We loved the cute cabin, the country atmosphere, the creek in back and sandhill cranes. Very accommodating owner: we originally booked 2 nights during crane season and ended up staying 5!
We had a wonderful stay. The cabin is comfortable and we all really enjoyed our time there.
Check in and out was really easy.
I would recommend staying here to anyone.
