VIEWS
Excellent panoramic views from the upper terrace overlooking the castles of Tamarit and Altafulla.

HOUSE
The house has 4 floors and a garage and is for 8 people. It has had air conditioning since June.
Ideal for both couples and families. Very clean, with views, mattresses, very comfortable sofas.

CULTURE- ROMAN REMAINS
It is next to an ancient Roman town protected by UNESCO and a Mediterranean forest.

BEACHES
Located 3 minutes walk from Altafulla beach. It enjoys the proximity of other beautiful and different beaches: Playa de Tamarit, Playa de Torredembarra, Canyadell etc.

LANGUAGES
We speak English, German and French.

TRAIN
15 minutes from the train on foot, 50 minutes from Barcelona by train and 15 minutes from Tarragona by train.

WATER PARKS and ENTERTAINMENT PARKS
You can also go by train or car to the theme and amusement park Port Aventura and Costa Caribe aquatic park. In its vicinity there are several water parks.

TOURIST INFORMATION

Relax y tranquilidad con unas vistas inmejorables

Gran apartamento con buenas vistas cerca de la playa. Aunque un poco lejos del centro/servicios y un buen tramo de bajada/subida para ir a la playa, al apartamento no le falta de nada. Con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días y un trato inmejorable con los propietarios. Se agradecen también las dos plazas de parquing donde dejar el coche en pleno agosto. Muy recomendable.

Nous sommes venus passer une semaine nous sommes deux adultes et 4 enfants. L'accueil par les propriétaires a été vraiment trÚs bien nous avons été accueillis avec un gùteau à notre arrivée. La maison est trÚs bien équipé tout le nécessaire de toilette ainsi que tout le nécessaire de literie est présent dans cette maison pour 6 voir 8 personnes il y a une grande chambre avec un lit double deux chambre avec deux lits simples et au troisiÚme étage une jolie mezzanine avec une terrasse qui donne vue sur la mer. maison équipée de 2 salles de bain . Les propriétaires sont vraiment trÚs accueillants et trÚs charmant nous sommes à 3 minutes à pied de la mer ce qui est vraiment agréable. Literie de trÚs bonne qualité. Cuisine équipée de tout le nécessaire Lave-vaisselle micro-onde cafetiÚre Nespresso et cafetiÚre à filtre . Une machine à laver mise à disposition aussi .Séjour trÚs agréable je recommande vraiment.

IdĂ©al pour profiter de la plage et d’un endroit trĂšs calme

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis comme des rois par des gens exceptionnels et trĂšs trĂšs serviables. L’appartement sur 4 Ă©tages est trĂšs fonctionnel, propre et trĂšs agrĂ©able. Par contre il n’est pas au bord de la plage comme on peut l’imaginer en voyant la photo, mais Ă  cinq petites minutes Ă  pieds et sur les hauteurs. Il n’y a pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs. Pas de piscine en commun. Notre plus grande dĂ©ception est que c’est un endroit hyper calme. Nous aurions voulu avoir de l’animation le soir avec une rue piĂ©tonne et des petites boutiques de vacances, et lĂ , il n’y a absolument rien. Et trĂšs peu de transports en commun, trĂšs mal desservi pour voyager sans voiture.

Nettes Haus in guter Lage bei unkomplizierten Vermietern.

Wir hatten zwei Wochen sehr schönen Urlaub in Altafulla. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe war unkompliziert, das Haus ist in guter Lage und ausreichend ausgestattet. Es war bei Übernahme sehr sauber. Die Vermieter selber sprechen kein Deutsch, aber die Tochter, die als Ansprechpartner zur VerfĂŒgung steht um so besser. Im ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir ziehen einen Stern bei der Genauigkeit des Online-Inserates ab... Das Haus ist eindeutig mehr als 50m vom Stand entfernt. Die Bilder tĂ€uschen da auch ein wenig. Aber es ist trotzdem nur ein Katzensprung bis zum Strand. Den Weg runter, ĂŒber die Straße und schon ist man angekommen. Sehr empfehlenswert fĂŒr einen erholsamen Spanienurlaub.

Aufgrund der nicht optimalen Wetterlage waren wir froh ĂŒber ein angenehmes Domizil. Wir mussten diesmal nicht frieren, die Betten waren hervorragend, in der KĂŒche ließ es sich gut kochen. Angenehm war es eine SpĂŒlmaschine zu haben und ausreichend Geschirr. Die Betten, sowie HandtĂŒcher und Tischdecken etc waren liebevoll mit BĂ€ndern und frischem Lavendel verziert. Fazit: wir kommen gerne wieder !!!!

La maison est repartie sur 3 niveaux avec une grande terrasse au niveau du salon. Prestations de qualitĂ©. Belle surface pour 8 personnes. A la pĂ©riode de notre sĂ©jour nous aurions apprĂ©ciĂ© la climatisation. Bon accueil Ă  notre arrivĂ©e avec un gĂąteau ! Merci ! Concernant la ville d’Altafulla nous avons trouvĂ© que c’etait trĂšs peu animĂ© mais la plage est belle.

Tolle Ferien wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!

Ein schönes Haus mit allem was man brauch um mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Ruhig gelegen und nur max. 5 geh min. zum Strand. Die Kinder hatten jeder sein eigenes Zimmer. Das Haus hat einen schönen Balkon zum ruhigen Innenhof jede Menge Platz und eine tolle Dachterrasse von der man direkt zum Strand schauen kann und am Johannestag einen super Blick auf das Feuerwerk rundum hat. Zum Essen gibt es an der kleinen Promenade wie auch im Ort selbst genĂŒgend gute Gelegenheiten. Wenn wir Fragen hatten stand uns unsere Vermieterin immer sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wer mal wirklich abschalten möchte ist hier genau richtig. Wir freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen. VIELEN DANK ! 😊

Un bon cap de setmana

Cap de setmana molt agradable en una casa cĂČmoda i ben equipada. els propietaris sĂłn molt atents, ens van acollir molt bĂ©, ens explicaren com funcionaven els electrodomĂšstics i ens van deixar un pastĂ­s casolĂ  acabat de fer. Superbe location , on reviendra c'est certain

Nous venons de passer quelques jours à Altafulla et nous sommes enchantés. La location est conforme à la description. Vue sur la mer, accueil.... tout y est. Nous avons un chien et la maison est trÚs adaptée avec plein de ballades autour. Au bout de la rue se trouve une petite crique magnifique. Tous les restaurants ne sont pas ouverts mais les deux en bord de mer trÚs bons et sympas. Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous allons en Espagne et nous sommes toujours trÚs bien accueillis par les proprietaires et les commerçants. On reviendra ...

Agréable maison

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis trĂšs gentiment par Angeles et son mari (les parents de Susana) qui parlent un peu français. Ils nous ont prĂ©parĂ© un dĂ©licieux gĂąteau fait maison. Nous avons trouvĂ© une maison trĂšs propre. Les propriĂ©taires nous ont mis Ă  disposition un nombre suffisant de torchons et de serviettes de bain (et mĂȘme de table !). La literie est trĂšs confortable et les serviettes joliment prĂ©sentĂ©es dans chacune des 3 chambres du 2Ăšme Ă©tage. A noter, il n’y a qu’une chambre avec un lit double. Le 3Ăšme Ă©tage est Ă©quipĂ© de lits mais n’a pas de porte et donne directement dans la montĂ©e d’escalier qui rĂ©percute les bruits. Mais, la vue de ce 3Ăšme et dernier Ă©tage est magnifique ! En cette pĂ©riode hivernale (mĂȘme vu quelques flocons !), dans une maison sans systĂšme fixe de chauffage, les propriĂ©taires ont mis Ă  disposition 6 radiateurs (Ă  bonbonne de gaz ou Ă©lectriques) et nous avons eu bien chaud. Nous avons eu quelques surprises avec l’électricitĂ© qui a disjonctĂ© une bonne quinzaine de fois pendant la semaine sans doute Ă  cause des chauffages Ă©lectriques branchĂ©s en mĂȘme temps mais d’autres fois, juste avec le lave-vaisselle et le frigo
 A chaque fois la box de la wifi a bien redĂ©marrĂ© ! Pour les jours de pluie, il y a 2 jeux et des livres (mais aucun en français). La maison est mitoyenne des 2 cĂŽtĂ©s sans jardin si ce n’est l’accĂšs entre le portail et la porte d’entrĂ©e (cf. photo). On peut se garer dans la rue en cette saison ou dans l’immense garage en sous-sol (le 4Ăšme niveau de la maison). La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e pour 4 mais le nombre de couverts est peut-ĂȘtre insuffisant pour plus de personnes, sachant qu’il y a un lave-vaisselle. Nous avons signalĂ© que plusieurs fenĂȘtres et portes-fenĂȘtres ne se verrouillaient pas. Les propriĂ©taires nous ont conseillĂ© de fermer les volets. La plage d’Altafulla n’est ni Ă  50 mĂštres ni Ă  100 mĂštres de la maison mais facilement accessible Ă  pied, en 10 minutes par un petit chemin piĂ©ton (cf. photo oĂč on voit l’enfant). Il existe une autre petite plage en allant vers le phare de Torredembarra par le sentier cĂŽtier. A ce propos, la photo oĂč l’on voit une barriĂšre et la mer a Ă©tĂ© prise en bordure de ce sentier et non depuis la maison. Nous avons beaucoup aimĂ© Altafulla mĂȘme en hiver : l'ancien village, la promenade de la plage. Le site de la villa romaine jouxte presque la maison, on y va Ă  pied ! Tarragone est Ă  moins de 15 mn par la autovia. Merci Ă  Susana et Ă  ses parents !

Eine ruhige Unterkunft nah am Meer

Pro: ein Haus mit allem, was man fĂŒr einen schönen Urlaub so braucht. Gut ausgestattet, nah am Strand, ruhige Nachbarschaft. Zwei Balkone / Terrassen (die im obersten Stock mit Meerblick) Kontra: kein Lebensmittelladen / BĂ€cker in der NĂ€he. Man muss schon 15 min. zu Fuß in den Ort gehen. Und wenn es einem im Urlaub wichtig ist: keine internationalen TV-Sender. Uns war es egal :-)
