Cascading Waters sits overlooking the ELLIJAY RIVER, just 90 steps down to some of the most beautiful rapids on the river. Sliding Rock Cabins' full log, single level, ADULT ONLY cabin is exquisitely decorated and offers all the creature comforts you would expect for a getaway in the mountains. Enjoy a picnic by the river, tube to your cabin, take a nice leisurely soak in the hot tub or just rock the day away on the porch overlooking the water. You'll be sure to see why it's called Cascading Waters. Dog Friendly (2 DOG MAX) with no pet fees.

This Sliding Rock Cabin is an ADULT ONLY cabin (no guests under age 25). PLEASE NOTE CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW.

Access: Access to this cabin is via gravel, mountain roads. 4 wheel drive is not required, confidence in mountain driving is recommended.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW/EARLY DEPARTURE: Each cabin is privately owned and cancellations affect owners significantly. Cancellations, rescheduling, or changes must be submitted in writing and confirmed received by Sliding Rock Cabins® more than thirty-one (31) days prior to the original check-in date in order to receive refund, less a Sixty Five Dollar ($65) cancellation fee. Said changes regardless of reason made within thirty-one (31) days of your original check-in date will result in a forfeiture of all moneys paid. All moneys paid are non-transferable to another rescheduled date. Refunds will be given if Agent can re-book said dates with another guest limited to the extent of rebooking. Agents are not responsible for Guests inability to arrive or if Guests chooses to depart early for any reason, or if members of Guests party do not show up. Creek-bluff cabin

Wonderful little cabin overlooking the Elijay River. Several cabins nearby and one in view, but not intrusive and still felt secluded. Dog yard is small but adequate. Higher energy pups would appreciate a stroll down the road or to the creek and back. The Elijay River was a perfect temperature and flow for summer relaxation. I would definitely book again.

The ONLY drawback was the long sstaircase from the house to the river, but overall it was worth it- definitely recommend!!

Perfect Mountain Get-A-Way

Amazing Getaway!!

Cozy Cabin in the Woods

Great getaway!

Great house on beautiful Ellijay River. Be prepared to decend/ascend a lot of steps (as listed). The river sound is very relaxing and pretty from the porch. The road back crosses a creek. An old fashioned wooden bridge or drive through the creek to the side (required for trucks). Its rough at times. Take your time. We were really sad to leave!

Great views, cozy cabin

We were a little surprised at how "cozy" this cabin was, the pictures make it seem a little bigger but, the view, the hot tub, the sound of the cascading water made up for that instantly. Super clean, washer and dryer with detergent pods, dishwasher, microwave, even coffee and filers. Incredibly pet friendly (we did not have our dogs this time but we sure will next time) with a little fenced area for safe potty time, a dog bed, bowls and treats provided! Great little getaway close to Blue Ridge and even closer to downtown Ellijay. We hit a pop up farmer's market. If you're going out to eat make sure you go to The Rooftop restaurant. A relaxing stay.
