Villa Mimosa is a new and comfortable villa open all year round, which a short distance from Alghero offers a reserved and highly prestigious setting just a few meters from the sea. The villa, surrounded by greenery, consists of a single floor: with a covered veranda and windows overlooking the magnificent garden.
The size of the house is approximately 140 m² and consists of three bedrooms (for a total of 7 beds) a large full bathroom with shower, a large living room with stove, TV, and a kitchen.
Outside there is a large veranda with tables and chairs for 7 people, shaded by thick vegetation, with a fireplace with barbecue next to it. The great room has a bay window on a breathtaking panorama.
Outside the house is surrounded by several hectares of garden, with a breathtaking view of the valley, where there are plants and fruit trees and plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub. Also outside there is a barbecue, a wood oven and an outdoor shower.

A beautiful house,just 5 min drive from the beach. Watching at night the stars!

The house was very light, clean, beautiful view over the mountains, quite, spacious and good matrasses to sleep. Well located. The owner was extremely helpful and very easy and warm! Highly recommended.

Belle maison au calme à 6km au Sud D'ALGÉRIE.

Belle maison de plein pied sur un grand terrain planté d'oliviers et de 2 figuiers très fournis en fruits😉. Belle terrasse pour les repas. A noter: la propriétaire très gentille qui assure l'accueil ne parle qu'Italien. L'endroit est très calme ce qui nous convenait parfaitement après l'agitation d'Alghero et des plages pendant la journée. Nous avons toutefois été réveillés par des aboiements de chiens pendant les premières nuits.

Villa très agréable spacieuse et bien équipée

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison confortable, au calme, bien équipée ( moustiquaires aux fenêtres, bonnes literies, accessoires de cuisine, électroménager...). Belle terrasse avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes, grand jardin avec des beaux oliviers avec un barbecue. Proximité de belles plages et accès très facile et rapide à Alghero. Petit bémol: pas de wifi performante. Nous avons vraiment été enchanté par notre séjour de cette maison et dans cette région. Nous remercions aussi Mercedes pour son accueil chaleureux.

Belle propriété tranquille offrant de grands espaces, idéale avec des enfants, bien équipée (sauf lave vaisselle). A notre arrivée, la maison était très propre ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas. A l'extérieur une belle terrasse ombragée pour les repas. Une climatisation aurait été bienvenue par ce temps de canicule voire un ventilateur par chambre. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, accueillants et dévoués à l'écoute de nos demandes. Nous avons bien sympathisé. Bref un bon séjour dans cette maison située 6km au sud d'Alghero.

Esperienza positiva, tanto che ci torneremo. Assoluta privacy; pulizia impeccabile al nostro arrivo, con possibilità di richiederla anche infrasettimanalmente; relax e possibilità di esplorare il Nord Sardegna. Casetta al pari di un piccolo casale: assoluta quiete e pace soprattutto a fine giornata. Il mare a 2 passi. Luogo nel complesso bello e funzionale. Perfetto per famiglie. Molto rilassante.

très bien pour passer un séjour en famille ou avec des amis. beaux espaces intérieur et extérieur pour les enfants. les principales commodités sont là ! propriétaires gentils et arrangeants. manque juste la 5e étoile pour le manque d'un ventilateur ou d'un climatiseur.

Beautifully located and well accessible. Recent, spacious and well-kept home. Large garden and lots of privacy. Alghero center and beach in a few minutes drive. OK with children. Owners a little inexperienced but of very good will.
