Belle petite maison avec piscine. Bien entretenue et propre. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est présent pour passer des vacances très agréables. Le barbecue électrique est pratique à utiliser et agréable pour cuisiner à l'extérieur. Il vous faut une voiture pour faire des courses et aller à la plage ou dans les villes environnantes. Il n'y a qu'une seule unité de climatisation pour l'ensemble de la maison, ce qui n'est pas suffisant pour garder la chambre et l'espace de vie au rez-de-chaussée frais. Heureusement, nous avions des ventilateurs à utiliser dans ces espaces. La propriétaire est facilement joignable et répond rapidement à toutes les questions. Nous avons passé des vacances très agréables et relaxantes dans ce logement, à recommander à tous ceux qui souhaitent séjourner dans cette région.

Ein schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren gern die 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Die Umgebung ist von anderen Einfamilienhäusern geprägt, daher sehr ruhig. Auf der Strasse vor dem Haus war immer ein Parkplatz verfügbar, ca. 50m weiter ist ein kleiner Parkplatz. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist wenige Kilometer entfernt. Zu Fuß aber doch zu weit. Dafür gibt es in verschiedenen Richtungen Bäcker mit leckeren Baguettes. Im Haus selbst findet man alles, was man braucht. Von ausreichend Handtüchern, Badetüchern über Toilettenpapier zu Küchentüchern. Eine passable Grundausstattung von Waschmittel und Spülmaschinentabs ist ebenso da. Der Pool ist sehr schön, nicht riesig, aber schön. Wurde bei uns immer samstags vormittags von einer Firma gereinigt. Da im Preis keine Reinigung des Hauses enthalten ist muss vom Gast der Zustand der Ankunft bei Abreise wieder hergestellt werden. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen, die Nähe und die zentrale Lage an der Côte d' Azur zu vielen Stränden, vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Wandermöglichkeiten machen es perfekt.

Finally after 2 years

Nice small house in a quiet area surrounded by golf courses. Own small pool, terrace and outdoor eating area. 3 bedrooms one bathroom and extra toilet. Beds were a bit narrow. Parking for small car in the driveway. Sea 10-20 minutes away. Trips to Monaco, Cannes, Nice, St.Tropez within an hour, Avignon and Pont du Gard also not that far. We have been to bigger and cheaper houses in the past but I understand we paid for popular location here. It was worth it.

Le calme de la Côte d’Azur

Coquette maison au décor suranné logée au cœur des golfs de Valescure dans un quartier calme et agréable. Rien ne manque pour passer un séjour agréable, centre commercial à proximité (3 minutes en voiture), à 15 minutes des plages. La maison climatisée est très bien équipée et Anne est très disponible et à l’écoute. Bref un séjour très réussi !
